The property owner was very responsive so we could make the most of our stay. Loved the old heritage touches bones of the the historic farmhouse with modern kitchen and comfortable amenities. Would stay again.

This lovely home is even more charming than the pictures on Vrbo capture. The furnishings are well appointed, and the kitchen well equipped to make a family holiday dinner. Mindy is a great host, and readily available should you need anything. I highly recommend this for a specific visit.

This is a charming home, with plenty of room for our party of four. The kitchen and bathrooms are updated and well stocked. The heating system worked well (which is important in Massachusetts in December!). The house is conveniently located, only a few minutes drive to the town of Easthampton and around 15 minutes away from Northampton. There is a grocery store nearby in Easthampton, as well as several great bakeries and restaurants. Mindy was very welcoming, and stopped by to introduce herself after we checked in. Highly recommended!

This is exactly what you want a home rental to be - a lovely, historic, spacious, clean home in a beautiful setting with a well equipped kitchen, and a responsive and friendly host on the property next door. I rate this experience with only the highest of marks!

What an absolute gem - Mindy is a wonderful host, completely available to answer every question, and the house itself is just gorgeous. Spacious, warm, cozy, beautifully appointed. They have thought of everything! The location cannot be beat - it feels very private and peaceful, surrounded y nature, but it's just minutes to get right into the heart of Easthampton. This place is a gem. (Great work space too, so I was able to get lots of work done on the days I worked remotely.) Ten stars!

We had a wonderful weekend at this impeccably clean and charming home! Old World charm blended perfectly with all the modern conveniences we’re used to. Check-in was seamless, and communication with the host was excellent throughout.The grounds are beautiful and peaceful, and the house had everything we needed—and more. It was spotlessly clean, the beds were super comfortable, and there was plenty of hot water and towels for our group of five.I just can’t say enough about how lovely this property is. Highly recommend!

Lovely experience.

We had a wonder weekend stay. The house was charming and perfect for our writer's retreat. It was clean, the owners were friendly and available but there was really no need to contact them because everything in the house was visibly labeled and any instructions were easy and clear to follow. We enjoyed our stay and will be going back again.

Property is a great combination of authentic colonial charm and updated amenities that make the stay a pleasure. Service, comfort and privacy were great! Good access to surrounding area and a nice break from hotels as usual. Good place to stay for dance students of CLI Conservatory!

Perfect family weekend getaway

Terrific House & Host

Mindy was wonderful and accommodating. She lives next door so she is there if you need her but leaves you alone. The house is very comfortable (including the beds). We used it during graduation weekend where extended family could come and go. The yard is extensive (for us city folk) and very pretty. Thank you Mindy for a wonderful stay.

Charming historic house with all the conveniences. Came to visit the colleges but would return to enjoy the Easthampton area and the comfort of the house. Mindy was very attentive and helpful. Gardens so peaceful!

When I'm not busy helping folks buy and sell real estate....and thinking up the next big thing to occupy my time, I enjoy going to movies, hearing live music, and hanging out with my 14 year old Chesapeake Bay Retriever, Dante. Our day wouldn't be complete without a daily stroll through the beautiful Pioneer Valley, the best place on this side of the planet.

To quote Buckaroo Bonzai of the 8th dimension, "wherever you go, there you are". Boom, and just like that I landed on a farm in Easthampton, MA. All of my friends know that I love a project and this space (next door to the rental) is one that I'm really excited about. I like to think of the farm as a coconut, hairy and crusty on the outside, and sweet on the inside.

Come and go as you please. I live in the rustic farmhouse next door and I'm happy to chat but this is not an "actively" hosted space.
