Welcome to our cozy and newly renovated House. It’s the ideal retreat for an exquisite & up-scale stay, located close to the absolute heart of Niagara Falls. Every room is an en suite. Perfect for friends, couples, groups & families. This house is only a 10-minute walk to Clifton Hill and about15-minute walk to the world-famous Niagara Falls. Get ready to get inspired! All in all, guaranteed enjoyment and relaxation. And Most important, we commit for high cleanness standards.

Our home is renovated from top to bottom and it includes features such as stainless steel appliances, band new modern kitchen, open concept living and dining rooms. The spacious house with plenty space is ideal for a large group to enjoy time together. Tons of space for activities in the basement, movies, kids play zone, bar for chat and drinks.

Accommodates up to 12. Four bedrooms with their own ensuite bathrooms. The master bedroom has two Queen sized beds, and the 2nd bedroom has two Queen Sized beds , 3rd bedroom has one queen and one bunkbed, 4th bedroom has one queen and crib ( in the basement).
One Pullout sofa bed in the basement.
Open concept basement A cozy kid's zone for reading and playing.

Bright and clean bathrooms with new tiles, new vanity .Linens and fresh towels are ready to use.

We had a great stay! The home was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Certainly one of the best maintained rentals we have been to. The location was a huge plus—very close to Clifton Hill and right by a McDonald’s, which the kids thought was the best part LOL!. Everything was easy to access, making it a convenient spot for exploring the area. Cynthia was very responsive and helpful, and check-in was smooth. Overall, it was a pleasant stay and we would definitely recommend this place to other families and would stay here again.

We had such a wonderful weekend at this property! The host was absolutely amazing—so welcoming, responsive, and made sure everything was perfect for our stay. The location couldn’t have been better—close to everything we wanted to see and do, yet peaceful and relaxing when we wanted to unwind. The home was spotless, beautifully maintained, and had all the little touches that made it feel special. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for the perfect weekend escape!

Location was great (close to everything), except for the motel next door that was a bit shady. We loved the house and all of the bathrooms, but did notice that there were NO closets or bureaus, which made it difficult to unpack. Kitchen was well stocked, bathrooms had shampoo and conditioner in each which was great. Host was responsive and nice. Overall a great stay!

Spacious, Homey & Clean

The home was perfect for my extended family’s stay in Niagara. We had a big age range( 6-80 year olds) and every one loved it. The best part was all the bedrooms having their own bathrooms and the main family room. Cindy was exceptionally prompt with her responses. She also proved to be very kind. The kitchen was stocked with coffee, tea and sugar. The only downside was the location of the street. Although it was close to Clifton Hill and the Falls, it is an area undergoing some change. Cindy’s house and many others are well kept and nice. But, there are also quite a few that are very run down. We had to walk past unhomed people, drug users that shouted at us and some rough homes. At night, my family did not feel comfortable walking home. Ubers were easy to get and only 10 to the falls. I would absolutely recommend the stay!

A very nicely laid out space, perfect for our group. Each room has its own ensuite bathroom. A definite plus. The kitchen and sitting/dining area are spacious. In the basement we enjoyed the use of pool table and foosball table, it was a bit cool down there even with the vents closed. Cindy our host was very responsive to our queries. Everyone enjoyed there stay, we would definitely book again! Thank you Cindy.

Close to everything Niagara

The photos of the property are accurate. Plenty of room for our group of six adults, three children and a dog. Lots of sleeping options. Having a bathroom/shower in each bedroom was a plus. The kids enjoyed the play area in the basement. Just to know, the house is not in a quiet residential area. But it’s central to the Falls, wineries, the outlet mall and Niagara-on-the Lake.

Great getaway with your friends

Absolutely nothing negative about this place for the exception of the location. But we did not run into ANY issues!! The house is well stocked for large groups and there is a lot of space. VERY clean and updated. It’s exactly as the pictures described.

We loved the house, it was very spacious and it was really awesome to have the basement where the kids could go play and we could have the adult time upstairs. The bathroom in each of the 4 bedrooms was also very convenient. It was very close to the falls-- about a five minute drive to the attractions. The area around the house was not so nice, but once inside, felt safe. Also I would only say that it would have been better if they had a drip coffee maker instead of a keurig, but I guess that's just personal preference. The owners were also very communicative and responsive to any concerns/questions. Overall, a really nice clean spacious home perfect for a niagra getaway! This is the rundown of the home-- 3 bedrooms upstairs, 2 of them with 2 queen size beds each; one bedroom with bunkbeds and a queen size bed in the same room. There is also a bedroom downstairs with a crib in it and one queen sized bed. Each BR had it's own bathroom. There's a spacious backyard. There's a kitchen with a large table upstairs, and also a kitchen counter/sink with a large dining table downstairs with a fuzeball table and a pool table downstairs. Would stay here again!

Great house

Well maintained and stocked property! Great house for all ages we had a group ages 7-73 and it was perfect. Kitchen is well stocked and everything is very clean. Surrounding houses are a little iffy looking but caused no issues. Close drive or short walk to falls and Clifton Hill. Would come back again for sure.

Very nice home

Cynthia’s home was perfect for us. It was very clean. Beds were comfortable. The house is very well stocked with Kleenex, paper towels, dish soap, coffee pods, sugar, teas. The kitchen and living room area was very spacious. Lots of room for 9 of us. Our grandkids loved the basement play area, and we enjoyed the games table. We used the bbq. The neighborhood was a little sketchy, but no one bothered us. If I could make a suggestion, it would be to have some dish cloths and dish towels upstairs. Would definitely stay here again.

Girls weekend

Great property for a large group! As advertised, a lovely newly renovated space with several bedrooms with many places to sleep and each bedroom with its own ensuite bathroom with shower. The kitchen is fully stocked and there is a lot of dish wear and glasses. The host is very attentive and responsive and supplied many terrific extras including coffee/tea, paper towels, tin foil (etc), shampoo/conditioner/body wash and slippers! A great experience I would highly recommend this property.

Great for adults and infants/toddlers!

This house is lovely for hosting all ages. We had 8 adults and 4 children under 3. Lots of room for everyone and games for all ages. Every bedroom has its own bathroom and everything you need in the kitchen. 15 min walk to downtown core.
