The house is 5 stars all the way! Super clean, host had awesome communication, Kitchen large enough for several cooks and well stocked. We were so comfortable and all the bathrooms and showers was a plus with 7 women! Great location as well. Back yard was beautiful! Great stay! My phone only had 4 stars but really it was 5 stars all the way!

Cindy was a great host! So helpful with any questions I had! The house was clean and we loved all the bedrooms and bathrooms! And the basement was lots of fun! The location is so close to Clifton Hill and getting to the falls!

We had a wonderful stay at this Niagara Falls home and would rate it 5 stars across the board. The house was spotless and well maintained, and everything was ready when we arrived. Cynthia and Rainbow were excellent hosts: check-in instructions were clear, communication was quick, and they made everything easy from start to finish. The kitchen was well stocked, which made it simple to cook and eat in with our group. The space was comfortable and family-friendly, with plenty of room for everyone to relax after a day out. The location was convenient for exploring the falls and the surrounding area. We'd happily stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting Niagara Falls

Convenient location that was perfect for our group. The game room was an added bonus! Each bedroom had its own bathroom and we appreciated the extra touches with shampoo, body wash, coffee, spices and more.

The host was very responsive. The location was within walking distance to Clifton Hills and the falls. The house was clean well stocked with necessities like paper towels, dish detergent, coffee, Lysol wipes etc.

Great house for large families that has been recently renovated. Thoughtfully setup with activities for kids of all ages, even toddles. Appreciated the proximity to the falls as it was less than a 10 minute drive to all of the major activities in Niagara Falls. Very clean with plenty of extra blankets which came in handy as the basement was a little colder than the rest of the house.

The house was large enough to comfortably fit 7 adults and it was convenient that each bedroom had its own private bathroom. The place was clean and conveniently located.

We had such a wonderful weekend at this property! The host was absolutely amazing—so welcoming, responsive, and made sure everything was perfect for our stay. The location couldn’t have been better—close to everything we wanted to see and do, yet peaceful and relaxing when we wanted to unwind. The home was spotless, beautifully maintained, and had all the little touches that made it feel special. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for the perfect weekend escape!

We had a great stay! The home was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Certainly one of the best maintained rentals we have been to. The location was a huge plus—very close to Clifton Hill and right by a McDonald’s, which the kids thought was the best part LOL!. Everything was easy to access, making it a convenient spot for exploring the area. Cynthia was very responsive and helpful, and check-in was smooth. Overall, it was a pleasant stay and we would definitely recommend this place to other families and would stay here again.

Great stay!!

Booked this home for a girls weekend for myself and 11 friends. There was plenty of room for the 12 of us to hangout and space for everyone to get ready to go out! We loved the kitchen too and it had everything we needed to cook our meals. Would highly recommend this property!
