Came in town for Baseball game. 15 of us.House was great, clean and plenty of room. Communication with the host was excellent and enjoyed the neighborhood

The house was lovely, big and spacious. The beds were comfy. The location was great. We hit all the great attractions. Most of them were just minutes away. Only advice would be bring a fan for noise and to move some air. Most rooms were very comfortable with the central air. There was a couple rooms that were a little warmer so the fans will be a plus it’s in the city so you hear a lot of street noise during the night so maybe something to drown out that but it was a great place

Great Location and Immaculate

This house is in a perfect spot in Soulard and near everything. The host was fantastic and the house was very nice! Wonderful stay!

Great stay! Enjoyed the roominess of the house and it accomodated all of our friends and family with no problem at all. Everything was clean, mostly updated, a/c units worked great, and all appliances were operational. We recommend this house for large groups of people.

This home was very nice! Kitchen was stocked with everything you needed to to cook.We actually had a professional chef come in. Dining area was perfect. Parking for two cars was tight but secure carport with a garage door gave it some privacy. Great stay for us. House has three floor, lots of sleeping areas! would rent again!

St. Louis

Property was clean and the check in process was smooth . Definitely recommend this place for big groups it was very spacious and the different levels made it nice to have privacy .

Great house!

Beautiful property! Our group of 9 had plenty of space to spread out. Location is great - we walked to different restaurants / coffee shops everyday. Would definitely visit again!

Great location

We stayed during a convention in March and it was great for us. The location is awesome with many bars and restaurants in the neighborhood and we could drive to downtown in 5 minutes without getting on the interstate. The house had plenty of beds and towels for a big group and we really enjoyed our stay.

Close to attractions

This was a very roomy, clean home. It is close to so many attractions, very convenient. Having a ping pong table is a big plus for my teenagers, as well.

Our group of 6 enjoyed our stay in this large space. It was a cute area with mainly brick buildings, apparently the oldest area in St Louis. There were coffee shops and dining options within walking distance. The house was clean, spacious, and full necessities.

Amazing property!

My friends and I had a wonderful stay at this property. It's in an excellent location - walking distance to restaurants, bars, and shops. The house was very clean and had plenty of room for the large group. The property manager was extremely responsive to all of my questions. I'd highly recommend this property if you're looking for a nice place in Soulard!

Great space for a large group, great neighborhood!

There are some extra sounds from the city at night ( people yelling, motorcycles etc.) but overall this is a peaceful and pleasant place to stay. They were quick to get in touch with and we loved the house and amount of beds/space. We all felt safe and loved to walk to the restaurants close by!

Absolutely Beautiful

Everything about our stay was just perfect, from the excellent communication with the team, the property cleanliness, as well as the safety & location helped make our trip even more memorable. Family get together

What a great house to stay at. We had 8 adults and everyone had a great time. There was more than enough space for everyone. We all were impressed with the size and cleanliness of the house. The property manager responded very quickly to any questions that we had. The beds were also very comfortable. Next time we’re in St Louis we will check to see if this property is available.

Wonderful thanksgiving in St L!

We had a group of my parents, two sisters, brother in law, and all our kids stay here the week of thanksgiving. The property was amazing, exactly as advertised with all the little details done right. Easily enough kitchenware and items to host the big meal and cooking all week. The kids had places to play on every level. TVs in every room and plenty of bathrooms. The neighborhood initially concerned us a bit from the search but there were a ton of places in walking distance and we felt safe. Outside of a few loud 1 am bar patrons from down the road, everything was perfect. The hosts were responsive and helpful whenever a question was asked. Would book again for sure!

Amazing house!

9 members of my family got together in this house for a family wedding. The house was incredibly comfortable and accommodating! We had such a great time hanging out in the house between wedding activities. Every room was very spacious and the bedrooms provided a lot of privacy. Having 3 showers was a plus and greatly appreciated in the mornings when everyone wanted to shower at the same time! lol The spacious and beautiful laundry room helped a lot to always have fresh towels available. The location was great. We walked to the Arch and the young members went out at night. Everything is within a short Uber ride. Great memories! The host was very accommodating and let us check in earlier as soon as the house was available, which helped a lot!!! Also, very responsive and super helpful. Thank you for a great time 🤗

Weekend stay for Cubs/Cards Game

We had a group of high school classmates head to St Louis for a Cubs/Cards game and stayed for two nights. The house was everything that the listing mentioned. The location was fabulous - close to downtown, walking distance to great Mexican restaurant, Panera, Subway and cute neighborhood bars.Unfortunately, there was a leak in the family room ceiling so there was a bucket on the floor when we arrived. They had someone check out that morning so there was not a lot of time to remedy the problem. However, it would have been nice to be notified by the host before we arrived. A HVAC person stopped in the following evening but nothing was done during our stay. Also, the AC on the second/third floor died so it was 79 degrees on the second floor at 6am which made it impossible to sleep. We checked out that day so I have no idea how quickly this problem was resolved.Again - overall, the house was great and the location was great but we did run into some issues.
