Tiny houses by the sea

Between Lindsay’s southern charm, the cuteness of this little cottage in the most beautiful area of Florida I cannot begins to tell you how much I enjoyed this. The bike trail in a block away and the beach two blocks away. Short ride to Dunedin. Looking forward to coming back!

This is an older property, but it was clean and nicely decorated. Window aircondition in bedroom did not keep it cool enough for me, but it was not uncomfortable/

Beach Community Bungalow

The neighborhood is adorable but the original 1950’s beach cottages are starting to be replaced by 3 story McMansions. They should make this a historic district and quick. Watch out for the neighbors security camera which looks right into the kitchen and living room. Aside from curtains, Lindsay also needs to get an exterminator. Super clean, very comfortable!! Great location too!

Lindsay Displayed Poor Behavior

We loved the area. The neighborhood is nice and quiet. The homeowner has a problem with his anger and he doesn’t hide it from guests. He’s a poor communicator and I cannot say all that I need to say about our stay inside this box. Lindsay just couldn’t get it together enough to be kind to his guests and that’s a huge deal. The home was filthy upon arrival. Lindsay almost refused to get the home cleaned until the following day knowing we were displaced and couldn’t stay anywhere else at the time. And there’s more.

After sharing your feedback with the homeowner, they wanted to share the following: - We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience you encountered. Due to a last-minute booking, there was an oversight with the cleaning schedule. Once notified, we arranged for the cleaning team to come as soon as possible that same day to ensure the home was ready for your stay.- To address the inconvenience, we provided you with a partial refund, which we hoped would help make up for the delayed cleaning.- Standard checkout is 10 a.m., and we arrived shortly after to allow the cleaning team to prepare the property for the next guest.Thank you for sharing your experience, as it helps us improve for future guests. We hope you’ll consider staying with Evolve again, where we’re committed to making every stay a positive one.
