This Duplex Home is steps away from the beautiful Riverwalk to historic downtown with a large pet friendly park! and plenty of restaurants and bars as well as antique shops and boutiques. We provide everything you will need for a long stay. Fully separate fenced in backyard with seating area and gas grill. Sit in the front of the home and watch boats pass down the river or walk steps away and fish under one of the city provided pavilions. This home is all about LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION!!
THIS IS A QUIET NEIGHBORHOOD IT IS POSSIBLE THAT THE OTHER SIDE OF THIS DUPLEX WILL BE RENTED AT THE SAME TIME. Strict noise ordinance is enforced. Owners reside close by. Cute villa very close to the river for early am walks. Place was clean and tidy. Shower pressure was good! Overall a nice place to stay.

Very Nice Stay

Property is in a nice neighborhood, is very quiet and in a good location. Despite it being a duplex, you couldn't hear anything next door. Beds were comfortable. Host was excellent with quick responses to questions or issues. Would definitely book again.

Animal friendly

I liked being close to the river and taking my dog for walks and you allowing my cats. I did cover furniture and beds to protect them from my cats. Everybody settled right in

River walk home

Extremely clean and comfortable! Nice size kitchen with all the necessary items available for you. Washer and dryer availability in the unit. Right next to the river with a beautiful walkway! Close to a quaint downtown area where you can enjoy a nice meal and drink. Close to grocery stores and other shopping.
