Cette unité a des marches à l'extérieur de cette deuxième entrée de plancher.
Le deuxième étage comprend la cuisine, salle à manger et salon. Le couloir intérieur comprend une demi-salle de bain, une armoire et une buanderie à ce niveau.
La chambre principale et une chambre d'hôtes avec une salle de bain complète dans le hall sont situés sur le troisième niveau.
La chambre principale dispose d'une porte patio donnant sur un balcon avec vue sur l'océan. Il dispose d'un matelas king en mousse à mémoire et d'une confortable chaise longue pour lire.
La chambre d'invité comprend un matelas en mousse viscoélastique et des lits superposés - jumeaux sur toute la taille avec matelas en mousse à mémoire de forme.
des patios à chaque étage ont des sièges à l'extérieur.
La cuisine est entièrement rénové avec des appareils en acier inoxydable et des comptoirs en granit.
Le salon comprend un téléviseur 42 "à écran plat et un canapé en cuir et inclinable en cuir. Les chaises latérales sont en osier.

Un espace garage voiture dans un garage pour 2 voitures - et un espace de stationnement extérieur.
Ce complexe est seulement 12 unités sans piscine - juste une vue sur la dune de sable naturel et la plage parfaite.
Il est situé à proximité de tous les plaisirs de Daytona Beach et sur une ligne de bus.
Daytona Beach Speedway est à seulement 6 miles. Également à proximité de la rue Main à Daytona Beach pour les événements de la Semaine vélo chaque printemps et chaque automne.

"Home" away from Home!

I enjoyed this family—showed care and concern about my rental and followed the request of closing doors and beach gate quietly. They fit right in to our 12 unit complex! They are welcome back anytime.

Perfect location

I stayed here with my daughter and my niece and nephew. Perfect location. Very convenient - 3 mins from room to toes in the water. Kathy was super helpful and accommodating.

Paradise... Place that's hard to leave

We stayed an entire week at this condo. The moment i walked in i never wanted to leave. The place is like home but with the Atlantic Ocean in your back yard. The owner is amazing and the kindest person I've met. She went above and beyond to make your stay perfect. Was available to answer questions, give recommendations and went above and beyond to make your stay perfect. It was me and my 15 year old granddaughter and we both fell in love with the place. Im counting the days that i can come back to stay at this condo and see Kathy. We both feel in love with kathy as much as the condo. Thank you so much Kathy for everything.❤️ Can't wait to come see you and stay at your beautiful piece of paradise.

Once in awhile, I have the opportunity to meet the bestest of the best guests. I hope you know if you have the opportunity to have Rickie and family visit make sure you take time to say hello and spend some time with them if their schedule allows. Family vacation

The location of this home is great, and parking was easy. I spent a lot of time running in the area and the neighborhood is a nice area. We drove farther north and realized that Daytona Shores where the rental is is waaaay nicer and family friendly then Daytona. The beach is right there, great for watching the sunrise before getting dressed. Bring some crocs or sandals for getting to the beach though because there is a bush with prickly sharp pieces and u don’t want to step on them. The house has plenty of towels and a washer and dryer which was great for us. The house was average for cleanliness, but could use a deeper clean, my daughter has dust allergy's and her nose was running when we were in the house vs. when we were at a relatives house during the days. The house had all of the tools we needed for cooking, we cook everything because of food allergies. We would defjnetly consider renting again if in the area.

Amazing view loved Kathy and all the neighbors!!

We absolutely loved this cabin we have 5 kids from 8-20 and everyone was super pleased, the views where amazing both up stairs and down, the condo is super clean and Kathy is the absolute sweetest! Larry was also awesome, he pointed out dolphins to us the first day their! Its easy access to all conveniences and everything we need was already in the condo plenty of blankets, towels and dishes, comimg from a large family we appreciated that sooo much! The easy access to the beach was sooo nice! The fact we could comtrol our a/c was also a major bonus other places dont offer, we WILL be returning probably many times over!

Thank you for taking time to list why you enjoyed my space. It is so helpful to others deciding just where to stay. We are a small complex, quiet, in a family friendly area. Those of you looking for beach time, and not noisy pool time, this is a great choice. Not a resort. Those of you choosing my space, are choosing beach fun. And know the running, jumping, and loud celebrations are at the beach! Not in my rental unit directly above me! Woohoo!

Perfect family vacation

We absolutely loved our stay!! Nice quite, small complex. We loved the calm atmosphere. One of our favorite parts was watching the bunnies and the waves from our balcony. Kathy was a great host!!

Perfect, relaxing week at the beach

Amazing--from start to finish! Absolutely stunning views of the ocean, plenty of room for a family of 4, comfortable beds, clean and well-maintained, easy access to the ocean, everything we needed--and then some! With the natural dunes, this amazing condo is a peaceful slice of nature. We will be back!

Perfect for families

Kathy was amazing! Very hospitable and kind. Treated my 4 children like her own grandchildren. The “Easter Bunny” even visited during our stay! The condo is stocked with everything you’ll need and more! We’ll definitely return!!

That you for making time in your busy days for a review. Oftentimes I have the opportunity to interact with my guests and their children. This family was extra special in so many ways. Kind, considerate, always smiling, and even followed the no slamming door rules, which is difficult for little ones to remember! This family is welcome back anytime! No pool, no problem. They played on the beach even on the cool days!

I love Daytona Beach Shores. Fun times to live at the beach and listen to the Ice Cream Truck drive by while watching dolphins and counting pelicans. I returned to Daytona to retire and play with my new Jeep. Salty breezes, thunder storms, outrageous sunrises and moonrises and the sound of the sea brings me a peaceful feeling. Helps overcome a major bump or 3 or 4 in life!

Voici pourquoi l’hôte a choisi cet hébergement

Choose this rental. It is my goal for you to have a great and wonderful time—and return year after year—as many already do. This is a small, 12 unit complex with full time residents. No pool--just the dune covered with cactus and sea grass. The waves are just a few steps from the condo. Daytona Beach Shores is family friendly and easily traveled by car, bus, bicycles, motorcycles, and even golf carts. My Starfish unit is located on the 2nd and 3rd stories. The open concept living space is ready for fun. The bedrooms are located on third floor with a 4 piece bathroom in the hall. The master bedroom has a beachfront patio. Watch for dolphins on a calm day from your bed. And sunrise of course. The guest room is set for a family. The bunk bed is a twin over a double. There is also a queen bed. All beds are new memory foam mattresses.
