The property was just as listed and perfect for our stay. We had no complaints. Ended up having a couple questions about code for pool and checking clarification, all handled very promptly. Would stay here again!

It was a nice place to stay the view was gorgeous and it was quiet!! Clean and very basic - great views in the back. First time staying in the Bay and I think that was definitely the right move vs staying on the beach, However, bring your own ground coffee because they don’t provide any (however there are Duncan’s everywhere) - they only provide a starter kit for the ‘essentials’ ( bring extra toilet paper and paper towels, and trash bags) linens and towels are provided. We would probably stay there again if we decided to go back to Ocean City!

Unit as described. 2 covered parking spots were great. Only drawback was not enough kitchen supplies. 4 coffee mugs, etc and we were 6 adults. Fantastic communication with the management company. Nice pool. Easy walk to beach. Plenty of bath towels. Comfy beds. Nice showers.

Great spot for a golf trip

Visited for a weekend of golf and this condo met all of our needs! The location was perfect for a group that was on the move, providing a quick exit to the 90 bridge to visit Lighthouse Sound and to cut over to West OC. There were also great post-golf, outdoor restaurants only 2 blocks away in either direction (Fager's and Macky's). The bedrooms rooms were spacious, open living/dining/kitchen layout great for a group, and the sunset view was terriffic!

Nice place/location

Went with bunch of kids and few adults and it was very nice. Location is great access to both North and South OC and everything in between. Bed configuration was a little odd with bunk beds in the master bedroom, but other than that, everything was great. Pool was a good time filler for the kids!

Points faibles : Propreté
When we arrived, there was black mold on the ceilings around the vents in both bathrooms. The toilet in the one bathroom broke with water pouring out of it. They came out to fix these issues the next day. The comforters on the bunk beds were dirty and had to be washed. We didn't turn on the ceiling fans because they were covered in dust. The kitchen is poorly stocked. There were no baking pans to use to cook in the oven. Could only cook on top of the stove.Saying that, the view is beautiful, the beds were comfortable,

Beautiful bayside location!

The location of this property and the view of the bay make this a prime spot!! The amenities such as elevator, pool, outside shower, 2 parking spots, and washer and dryer in the condo were wonderful! Being located in the middle of everything was extremely convenient. The only thing that could be improved was a deep cleaning of the floors and better condition of small kitchen appliances and provided pans. The furniture is not as new and nice as the pictures indicate but still nice compared to many places we have stayed in the past. We would definitely stay again and recommend Seaside Vacations LLC as their communication was superb!

Good location but dated inside and out.

Location was great. Easy access to everything in OC. Condo was a bit dated with older carpet, furniture and TVs. Issues with internet and connections for TV along with worn/stained carpet. Outdoor pool wasn’t vacuumed. Not a terrible/dirty place, just not what we expected for the price compared to other locations that we have stayed in the past.

Hi there Mike, thank you very much for your feedback, We genuinely appreciate it! I am very sorry that there were any issues with the condo you called home for your vacation, we will certainly be passing your concerns along to the owner and work to find a resolution going forward. The building has a company that is supposed to be maintaining the pool, I will certainly be letting them know this was not being taken care of properly. We hope you will give us an opportunity to make some adjustments and welcome you back again for an unforgettable vacation experience! Thank you again ~ Amy

The condo was in a great location and we loved having 3 separate bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. The bay views from the 5th floor balcony were beautiful too! I only gave 4 stars because the condo could have been more clean for our liking, and the furniture is showing wear and tear and a bit dated. I would suggest having the cleaning crew do a “deep cleaning” one a month (clean baseboards, dust all furniture really well, wash the furniture covers, etc). Although the cleaners neglected to vacuum the bedrooms or floors, or to take the dirty towels, the rental property offered to come out the next day to take care of things for us which was much appreciated. They were very responsive and wanted to ensure we enjoyed our stay. We would stay here again.
