Vacation

The place was perfect for our short stay. Right on the ocean and close too all of the restaurants, activities, and boardwalk.

Nice apartment right on the beach. Clean and well appointed. Would for sure stay again.

OCMD Weekend

Had a wonderful extended weekend with great weather and an amazing view. Property management was very responsive and accommodating. The place was clean inside and out.

Nice place, excellent communication

The condo was just as pictured and described but with a new dining set. The kitchen had everything we needed and there were plenty of extra pillows and blankets. Property managers were friendly and responded to texts quickly. They let us know when our place was ready early. We had a great time with no issues.

Beach Getaway

This condo was in a great location and had a beautiful view of the ocean and beach. Unfortunately, the pool was small and in the shade. The condo was clean with the exception of all the draws in the bedroom & bathroom were really dirty (one was full of someone else’s cloths!) The view was spectacular!

We are so happy to hear you all had a great beach getaway! I am sorry you were displeased with the pool. I appreciate your feedback. As for the drawers, I can assure you that our units are professionally cleaned and inspected before every arrival, and I am very sorry about the dirty drawers and also the finding of some cloths. If we were made aware of the issues during your stay, we would have absolutely resent cleaners to come clean the drawers and also pick up the cloths that were left. I certainly hope we can welcome you all again for any future family vacations! :-)

Unit 804

Clean, well equipped unit. Master bedroom bed was so comfy! Other king size bed was not as comfortable per my daughter and her husband to be. The view was amazing! Beach. Was a few steps out the back of the building. Sec. ..Secuityaway.er

Great Location

The condo was in a great location, right on the beach/ocean! It was a little dated but was fine for 3 days. The AC would not go below 74 degrees but fortunately, the weather was cool that we could open the sliding doors. We called to inform them and have it checked but they said it was "working perfectly". The fan ran constantly but the compressor wasn't coming on and off and no cool air was coming out. Other than that, it was a nice getaway for Labor Day weekend.

Thank you for taking the time to write a review. We are so happy to hear you all enjoyed this location! Summer Beach is a great place to stay. I am so sorry if you experienced any issues with the AC. Once we were made aware, we sent maintenance to take a look as soon as possible. Maintenance did not see much of an issue, so we contacted a HVAC tech who could not make it to you until your departure. Once he got there, he assured us the AC was in perfect condition and was running fine. We certainly appreciate your feedback, and we hope to welcome you all back again for any future family vacations! :-)
