Sunset Boulevard - One Bedroom Condo sur Casey Key avec belle vue

Mise à jour d'une chambre condo d'une salle de bain située sur la belle Key Casey. Cuisine entiÚrement équipée et salle à manger. Belle vue à la fois le salon et salle à manger. Lit king size dans la chambre et une taille reine canapé-lit dans le salon. Casey Key est un avant-goût de la vieille Floride. TrÚs calme atmosphÚre relaxante sans gratte-ciel, mais toujours à proximité de tous les commerces et restaurants que vous voulez. Paddleboard, kayaks, et la location de vélos situés à proximité et se livrer à votre condo.

Gulf Bay Club Condominiums sont situés sur Casey Key, une ßle de barriÚre unique situé directement sur le Golfe du Mexique et par voie navigable, juste au nord de Venise, en Floride. Un condos chambre situé au Bayside et prÚs de la plage 1 ou 2 condos chambre à louer. Venez voir pourquoi Casey Key est connu comme le «paradis caché.

Right on the beachArea is amazingly, outside grounds are maintained well, with a very nice paver setupEverything was nice and smooth with the rental transaction Inside of the place does need some upgrading but one can not beat the location!Highly recommend

Clean and steps from the Gulf!

We were very pleased with the everything! Natalie & JJ were quick to reply and easy to communicate with. The property was very clean and has all the beach essentials that we were hoping for. Will definitely be booking again next January!

A great getaway

We had a great time in this cozy condo. We would defiantly stay here again. The location to the beach could not have been any better. We walked right out our condo door and literally walked onto the pathway just steps to the beach. The location to restaurants, gas stations, grocery stores were very close as well. If I had any suggestions it would be to upgrade some of the things in the condo like the controls to the fans were all messed up and the outlet in the bathroom most of the time did not work but we found other areas to plug a hair dryer into. But these are just little things that over time do need up grading and as I said before, we would defiantly stay here again and will recommend this unit to our friends and family. The manager on site was also very helpful and kind. The weather was gorgeous and will definitely return again some day.

Great location but inside was in rough shape

Apparently this condo will be undergoing renovation, which explains a lot. The location was amazing, you walk right out onto the beach. The inside needs a LOT of work. there was no ambient lighting just bright overhead and then a floor lamp with the brightest lightbulb , it reminded me of being at the dentist. The remote was sticky. The kitchen bar top was sticky to the touch, at first we thought it was dirty but it wasn't, it was the finish coming off. The blinds were all mismatched. Some with the old string were really difficult to raise and lower. The stove in the kitchen was rusted. There was peeling paint on the walls from water damage. The bathroom light fixture was rusted, there was also mold on the shower walls. The towel holder was taped in with painters tape so of course it fell mid shower soaking our towels. The bedroom was in decent shape had a big closet with pocket door, so when left open it was a perfect little alcove that our pack n play fit in for our baby. The bedding was so perfume-y, we did not enjoy that. Please don't use scented detergent. This was not great for the price we paid, I wasn't expecting luxury but I wasn't expecting this. They did clean the shower mold right away when I called. In summary great location, but needs tons of work.

Our favorite place to stay

We love staying here (4th time in this area)...it is clean and fresh. It had everything we needed. The mattress could use an upgrade. We had a chance to meet the owner who said he is upgrading all units. Hoping we can still afford to stay here once the upgrades are complete.

Cleanliness

I understand the issues with a short term rental and keeping it clean; however there was an issue with the kitchen bar counter. It was so sticky and tacky, your arms actually stuck to the countertop when you sat there. This really needs to be replaced as I think it is beyond cleaning. Also, the rug in the living room is in serious need of replacement. So again, these are not necessarily cleaning problems, but replacement issues. Other than that, the location and proximity to the beach was fantastic. Thanks, Karen Carrie

Relaxing, shirt steps to the beach getaway

Perfect location, staff onsite were great and so helpful. Unit was clean and well stocked. The view from the unit was amazing and a few short steps led you to what is now our favorite beach in Florida. Gulf to Bay is amazing! We have already booked for next year!!!

Cute Little Condon on the Beach

We really enjoyed our stay. They only issue we had was that the pull out sofa was not very good at all. It would fold in when my child slept on it. He slept on the floor. we were only there for two nights so we made the best of it. Overall I think this was an adorable little beach condo and I would recommend it.

Great experience

Very clean. All amenities you could want for a beach stay. Kitchen was stocked with ample cookware for meal prep. Closet full of beach equipment, bogey boards, umbrellas, etc. Great beach access. Would definitely stay again and recommend.

My confirmation stated Cottage was supposed to be ready at 3 and when we got there the cleaning lady said the changed the check in time and until 4. Lights in the bathroom went off at least 3 to 4 times a dayWould stay again but next time I would be more prepared with more was rags dish towels and trash bags

Winter get away

This little place was perfect for our quick winter get away. Great location! Right on the beach and walking distance to everything. Would definitely recommend it and would love to return.
