Excellent location, very clean. Need some updating, but that is also expected when you look at the pictures. Love the time and experience thank you so much for a wonderful stay.

Family Get Away

Overall, all went well. There were some floor damages from the recent hurricanes that were more significant than expected. The hosts were very easy to communicate with and that was greatly appreciated.

Great Location

The property was clean, spacious, and great location beach front. Property manager was always available and convenient. The only this I would suggest are bathroom rugs to prevent falling. The floors were very slippery when wet.Other then that, it was a fabulous vacation home and I highly recommend staying here.

Great location and amenities

The location cannot be beat, the property was very nice. We had a great time and are looking forward to returning. Only area in need of improvement was in the kitchen utensils provided. I had to buy forks to round out the silverware.

Favorite location

This property is everything it advertises. Location location location! We arrived late so a few issues we had to deal with the next morning were corrected right away. We wanted to be on the beach as my parents are older and the access was wonderful. Unfortunately we did have many days on the beach due to red tide & rain which meant spending more time in condo to find a few items that can easily be addressed. I will say we did not mentions these while there and at check out Management was not there so these are recommendations not super complaints , Light over kitchen table was out special led needed, filter for a/c was beyond discussion
need more bath towels when having 6pp stay especially when no access to washer and dryer. FIX THE CHAIRS is probably the most ridiculous since the review below me 6 months ago complained they still are not repair or replaced! Very dangerous for any age! Shower curtain is molded and coffee pit glass was broken but replaced very next day with brand new one ;) and yes the pull out sofa beds are horrible to sleep on again for any age every 15. All in all take good with bad but for the price of a week our expectations where are a bit higher. Spending several years in this area you can not beat the location to stores restaurants Venice and surrounding siesta key ect
. We found amazing Italian restaurant, German deli , great friends and will be back for sure / small updates would make this 5star for sure owner
.recommend beach towels even a beach chair or 2

Excellent stay

Access to the beach and being able to sit right outside the property were the most important to us and this property came through. Couple issues to report. The dining room table and chairs is extremely outdated and dangerous fo elderly people which I had with me. In addition the sleeper sofa is not usable. Felt like you were sleeping directly on a bar so my son had to use the couch which was suffice. Would still definitely return as we were so pleased with the beach. Quiet and private and beautiful.

Beachfront Unit

We loved the unit and spent Christmas there. It was really lovely, the only things I would mention is that there was no wifi and so we had to use our own private hot spot to get internet to watch Xmas movies on Netflix. The other disappointment was that the unit advertised a fireplace in the living room. But when we arrived it was inoperative. We were told by the Property Manager (who was very nice) that the fireplace was damaged in a recent storm but had not been yet. repaired yet. It would have been perfect if it had been working because a cold front came through while we were there, and being Christmas and all, well you see where I'm going with this. Otherwise we relly enjoyed staying there!

Hidden Gem

Our vacation could not have been better! The condo is in the perfect spot, a hidden gem near everything you need. Walk to restaurants for dinner or a cocktail or a creamy ice-cream treat. Go fishing, biking, swimming or kayaking. Shopping nearby. Not too far from Venice , which is a very cute, fun town. Also close to Sarasota, little bigger. Enjoy a sunset by walking 50 steps out the door. The condo is fine...needs some updates, but basically has everything you need - except toilet paper, gotta bring your own... Is that weird? JJ and Natalie are great to work with, very prompt and professional. Nokomis Beach is so pretty and tons of shells and the occasional shark tooth. Just a wonderful cool area.
