The property was perfect for our long weekend. We got an early checkin without asking. Accidentally left my phone with door code inside room. Response time was amazing with access back into our room. We will definitely stay here again. Perfect spot!

The beach view was amazing, and the communication throughout our stay was excellent. The rental was clean and comfortable. It was located right by the elevator, so there was a little extra foot traffic, but overall we had a great experience. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!

This was the best vacation we have had in a long time! The condo was immaculate. It came with everything you need for a beach day. Loved the laundry room it was very convenient. The shower was hot and the bed was comfy. The views were amazing. The balcony had plenty of chairs to relax and listen to the waves. The pool was clean with plenty of lounge areas. We hope to return real soon!

Our stay was amazing as always! We couldn’t wait to come back to stay and as last time it was wonderful. The view is beautiful and we spend the stay outside practically the entire time if we aren’t on the beach or pool we are on the porch. Otherwise, the rest is usual, we love the condo as usual! Very nice and well equipped. I asked about a Kurieg coffee maker and Jim said sorry they did not. Upon arrival there as a brand new one on the counter. What a pleasant surprise! Balcony table and chairs were a nice feature.Jim the host texted me back within minutes, appreciate his professionalism and responsiveness! Excellent location, right across from Pier Park and restaurants.

The condo was very clean. The bed slept good. Starter supplies like shampoo and soap, toilet paper and paper towels was a plus. We were able to get in shortly after we arrived. It’s nice to be on a lower floor especially when you are carrying stuff to the beach or pool.
