Check in was very easy, the property was clean and had plenty of kitchen utensils with pots and pans, cozy home with a nice view of the pond in the backyard. Would definitely stay at this property again.

We were visiting family in the area and needed a place for the weekend. It was clean, seemed newly renovated and was well-stocked for our needs. We especially enjoyed the deck area while we drank our coffee in the mornings. We would rent if ever in the area again.

Phenomenal!

Honestly, can’t wait to travel to SC again just to stay here. It was warm, cozy, beautiful, luxurious- exactly what we needed. I mean, the comfiest bed, multiple clean linens, new appliances, and that back backyard view! We stayed the whole weekend and had no issues. The only hiccup we had was with the entry code, but the host was very responsive and caring! It was fixed right away. In contrast to the prices of hotels nearby, this place is your best bet.

Great location with a few hiccups

Overall, we had a great time. We live about an hour away and wanted to do a quick trip to relax near the lake. We booked a two night stay but left a night early for a few reasons. The bed was not comfortable for 2 people. The bathroom shower was not clean at all and the bath mats were wet. The neighbors were shooting off rifles that scared the bejesus out of me. Besides that everything was great.

Stay Elsewhere

Recently renovated nice place met our requirements. However, both mattress’s were not comfortable as I would guess they were old. We had no hot water is was warm at best. Reached out to renter twice with our needs on the hot water without any response, two days later still no response. Kitchen floor had something very sticky on it so every time we were in there we stuck to the floor. I will ever stay here again and would not recommend this property to anyone except those that like warm showers and beds without any support.

A Wonderful View and Comfortable Niche

We had expected company arriving in from CA, and had not anticipated the arrival time to be so late into the night. As a great resolution, I quickly looked up nearby VRBO rentals, and to my surprise found one within minutes of our home!! This allowed our guest to sleep well and be refreshed to enjoy her stay here in SC!! The atmosphere of our bungalow was comfortable, laid back, and cheery. I will definitely do this again in the future. Thank you so much for our warm and inviting experience, and everyone enjoyed themselves immensely. Also, as plans developed and routes of destinations were made- (The kids) decided to spent one more night in the bungalow. This was a spontaneous decision and I contacted Evolve via the chat screen and was able to book an additional night and pay for it all in that one interaction. Thank you Evolve!
