Great condo and property

Very nice condo. Corner unit overlooking pool and beach. Equipped with everything you will need. Kitchen has more than enough for family meals. Beach chairs, umbrella, and plenty of toys. Trolley stops both directions so it's very convenient to get to either end of the island.

Paradise !

We had an amazing week on AMI. Dennis’ condo was beautifully decorated and had absolutely everything you will need for a week at the beach! The unit is well stocked and we were able to cook meals whenever we needed but ventured out a lot for breakfasts and fabulous dinners at all the local spots. We drove to Sarasota for a sunset dinner cruise on the marina jack which was fabulous!! And only a 35 min drive it’s a must do! The pool And beach were never crowded during our stay and everyone was super friendly. The beach gear that’s provided we used daily to set up our spot on the pristine beach literally steps from the unit. And we had perfect weather everyday. Our host Dennis was very accommodating from the first inquirey we had before booking right up until check out. We can’t wait to return next year. Thank you so much for an awesome vacation !!!! Reviews are very important to me when i am deciding where to stay. We have a few must haves when choosing a place- 2bed, 2 bath, & a hot tub. Location is not important as long as we're on the island. The pool and hot tub were not operational when we arrived, and weren't for 6 days. If i had known in advance, i would have found another place. The owner was very responsive to emails- we had issues with a water leak flooding the guest bath, then the washer not working and the master bath shower head dribbling out water. I heard the guest bed was very comfortable. I cannot say the same for the master bed. It is very hard and squeaks and creaks when you sit on it, when you roll over and when you get off the bed. The layout of the condo is nice. There were plenty of towels. I do think it needs a really good cleaning and scrubbing with bleach. All of the rugs have got to be cleaned, they're very dirty. I know they had some water damage from the hurricane so we were trying not to be overly picky but the floors & walls really needs a good cleaning with bleach, it's got a smell in there that's not exactly pleasant. We bought some air freshener and left it on the table at the front. Like i said, beautiful views, responsive host, but the condo really needs some TLC and a new bed in the master!

Awesome property but unit was misadvetised as gulf front

The unit was advertised as a gulf front and it was actually a side unit and after speaking with another guest in a same unit found we paid for seven days thru Vrbo and he went thru local realtor and got his unit paid 1/2 the amount for 7 days

Family vacation

We really enjoyed our family vacation to Anna Marie Island Club. We drive every year and stay beach front. The pool was amazing & those balcony views were fantastic. There’s nothing like waking up to the roaring waves in the morning. Thank u for sharing ur place with us. We had a great time😉

Beautiful View, Comfortable Condo

Extremely Clean Gulf Front Condo

The condo I rented at the Anna Maria Island Club was extremely clean, beautifully decorated and in a great location. No problems dealing with the owners, and they went out of their way to make our stay comfortable. The condo has a wonderful view of the Gulf, and the pool area and grounds were cleaned every other day by the staff. I would definitely recommend this condo, and hope to stay again in the near future.
