Great stay! Loved it!

Stayed at this great condo- very inviting place to stay. Visited Universal 2 of the days. Great food at Port Canaveral. Will come back again!!

Beachfront, great restaurants nearby. We saw a rocket launch. The place was clean and had what we needed. We enjoyed our stay but I would suggest some new living room furniture.

Great views!

My family of 4 plus grandparents had a wonderful week stay. The property is well maintained and comfortable. The pool is large and very nice. Great beach access. Several good restaurants nearby. Quiet property. Nice place to vacation!

The host was awesome, providing important information prior to arrival several times prior to arrival. During our stay, our host also reached out multiple times to make sure everything was going well and if we had any needs or issues/concerns. The unit was perfect with great view, including being able to see two rocket launches at night time. The unit included amenities, including shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, and hair dryer. For our 5 night stay, there was also supply of paper towels and toilet paper. Would definitely recommend and stay here again.

Perfect for a family trip, close to everything, pool is great veiw was perfect.

Great place to enjoy sun, sand and beach.

From the booking to the arriving and check-in and settling into the unit, we received hospitality and communication from Zareh. Our trip was cut short due to hurricane Milton, but Zareh was very understanding and flexible. We are definitely going back to this place.

4th annual sister's trip with spouses

After the 2 hurricanes that hit the golf coast area we cancelled our condo and booked this stay with a very short notice. We were extremely pleased with the condo and all that Cocoa Beach has to offer. We will certainly be back!

Great Vacation

Cocoa beach was so fun! The property was amazing! The condo had everything you need and everything for the beach. The pool was big and never busy! Great location, close to everything! The owner was very accommodating and answered any questions promptly. I would highly recommend this property to anyone visiting Cocoa Beach

Our property was changed at the last minute but the alternative offered still impressed although it was some distance from where we intended to stay. Excellent large well stocked condo with superb beach views and lovely pool the property managerHappy Palm stays were very helpfull throughout and ensured our holiday was all that we had hoped for.

Absolutely stunning view! Everything worked like it should inside. Small issues with the cleaning situation (but they were very quick to address and fix). Comfy beds, couch and chairs. Pool was clean. Check in and out process was simple. I definitely would recommend!!! Beautiful sunrise and sunset views. *If you have any issues they are super quick to address and fix!!!

Excellent Location But a little dated

The location was excellent, couldn’t be better, the rooms were large and spacious.The living room furniture definitely needs to be replaced, sofa was worn out, only outdoor chairs to sit in, who ever owns this unit at cocoa beach towers needs to do a few upgrades. The pictures were a little misleading. Still We had a wonderful time, and overall I would rent it again.
