Unité Premier à Cocoa Beach Towers: Top Floor angle plus proche de l'océan et Pier

A short walk to the beach, an awesome pool, and quiet and agreeable neighbors made for a very peaceful vacation. The Cocoa Beach pier is right there for sunset cocktails or dinner, Publix is a block away if you want to cook meals in the updated kitchen in the condo, and the condo itself was comfortable and nicely finished. All and all a nice easy vacation, will definitely rent again.

The location was superb, the views of the pier and the beach were amazing, and the condo was clean and wonderfully well appointed. We didn’t lack for anything during our stay. The only surprise was that the washer/dryer were not in unit, but this wasn’t an issue for our family of 6. Overall a great experience and stay. The owners were very helpful and attentive throughout!

This property was so great. It was cozy and great for a family trip. It was so amazing to wake up and drink my coffee on the porch, watching the waves. The beach was walking distance and they provided chairs and other beach necessities. I recommend that you stay here!

The condo #50 itself was truly PERFECT! Everything you could possibly need was in that room from cookware to beach needs, and if not the grocery and shops are so close it was no hassle to run out and grab it. Our owners room was absolutely stunning, he was so amazing in this process! We could not have had a better view on the beach either! We got to see the rocket launch FROM OUR BALCONY-WOW! We learned though, that this establishment is not meant for groups (softball families in our case,) wanting to have a few drinks at the pool, as the manager of the property literally closed the pool down on us and other families that were there because, what we figured, was having our drinks to close to the pool, which was wrong on our part after seeing the signs, although we never got an explanation from him, only literally kicked out in the most embarrassing way. If you want a beautiful, nice, quiet peaceful atmosphere to spend your time, and you dont enjoy drinks by the pool, then I would still suggest Cocoa Beach Resorts for you, because it is stunning....as for us, a group that occupied 3 units, and wanted to enjoy our down time together at the pool on our yearly softball trip with some drinks, not again for us. To pay as much as we did for a week there, and not get but 15 minutes in the pool and embarrassingly escorted out-never ever again would we stay there.
