Quiet and Relaxing
My family was looking for a quiet getaway before school started again. The house was perfect for a family with kids. Beautiful lake view and short distance to Lake Catherine State Park. We loved having access to the community pool and spent a lot of time there! The local host was quick to address an issue with the hot tub so we were able to enjoy that feature!

Home away from home
Even though there were some challenges with check-in that the owner had no control over, she was on it with solving the problem quickly! Communication was quick and easy. The home was very clean and had everything we needed! The kids loved the den and having their own space and bathroom!

Quiet with beautiful view.
Loved the back patio view and was quiet with no road noise. Breakfast on back patio in the mornings and hot tub soaking in evenings was wonderful. Easy drive to local attractions. Will definitely use this location again if we travel back to Hot Springs.

Birthday Getaway
The host was quick to respond, absolutely no difficulty booking, checking in or out. One of the requirements for our property rental was a hot tube. It fit 3 of us girls comfortably. It was clean, easy to operate. The only downfall would be the hot tube is tucked in the corner of the deck & the neighbors are literally 10 ft away. A privacy wall could make that a more intimate/private space. The location is accurate, aprox 20 mins from the downtown area, but far out enough to have a slow, restful, and yet fun trip away from the city. I would def recommend this property.

Wonderful home!
I have stayed in many vacation homes and this is by far the cleanest! The view is amazing from the living room to the master bedroom. I really enjoyed the layout of the home. Each bedroom has access to their own bath (1/2 bath upstairs) and a door to close off from the rest of the house. The location is great for Garvan Gardens, Lake Catherine, and only a 25 minute drive to downtown Hot Springs. If you want to just stay in and relax, the hot tub and game room are perfect! I will certainly return and recommend this home for anyone that wants to stay in the Hot Springs area.

Enjoyed the House
Great little house that had a lot to offer. I left a note with a few minor things to consider. All 5 of my kids loved the place. Only major issue for them was the pool was unavailable in the middle of the summer. A bit more communication about that would have been nice since the kids were counting on it. There is river access, but it is like an 8 minute drive and we had to figure it out ourselves. Overall though, it was a very pleasant stay. The kids especially enjoyed the game room. I loved the comfort of the beds after long days in town.

Awesome!
Very beautiful view from the back deck and master bedroom looking over the lake. Super clean and spacious for our family of 8. Lake Catherine was right around the corner and most attractions were about 20 min or so away. It felt like home, away from home!

Great place for a quiet getaway
The house was the perfect place for a quiet getaway where you can immerse yourself in nature. The online listing is very accurate to the actual property and had PLENTY of space for me and my friends. The house comes with all of the basics (bath towels, pool towels, kitchen basics, etc) and even had a few extras like buckets and shovels to use while crystal mining! All of the beds were very comfortable, and the view of the water from the deck was great - a perfect place to enjoy your morning coffee. The propane grill was very convenient for making an easy dinner and the hot tub comfortably fit 3 adults. Although the neighborhood is somewhat remote, you can get to most of the main attractions and stores in approximately 20-30 minutes. The closest is probably Lake Catherine State Park, which is just around the corner and a great place for nature walks and lake activities. Overall, it was the perfect place for us, and I would definitely stay again!
