"parK Avenue" is located in Kure Beach right along K Avenue across the street from the City Park where you'll find tennis, basketball, disc golf, a children's playground and much more. It is just over a mile from the NC Aquarium, Ft. Fisher Civil War Museum, and only 5 blocks to the world famous Kure Beach fishing pier as well as shopping dining and the town center. This is a single family home with it's own private outdoor shower and a spectacular dog run! If you just need a couple bedrooms and enjoy the privacy and luxury feel of having your very own spaces - "parK Avenue" is the house is for you!

The 2 bedroom, 1.5 bath newly remodeled home is perfect for two couples or a small family. Both bedrooms have King sized beds, and one has an extra Twin while the other has an extra Double bed! A nice full bathroom is just off kitchen area, and a brand new powder room was just added for extra comfort. There is a sleeper sofa for the kiddos.

Occupancy: 9
Stay Requirements: Three night rental required in Summer. Minimum two night stay other seasons.
Bedding Configuration: 2 Kings, 1 Double, 1 Twin, 1 Sofa Bed
Parking: Driveway parking for four vehicles
Pet Policy: Dogs welcome as an optional add-on for this property with a non-refundable fee of $250 + tax that is charged per pet. Maximum of 2 dogs per reservation. Charge will be added after booking if not selected at checkout and added at a later time.

Prohibited: Smoking, RV’s, Boats, Boat Trailers, Charging Golf Carts, Mail and Packages are not able to be sent to the rental.

Cancellation Policy: Full refund within 24 hours of booking, cancellations at 31+ days before check-in will receive a full refund after a $350 cancellation fee is deducted, cancellations at 15-30 days before check-in will receive a 50% refund of monies paid less a $350 cancellation fee and less than 15 days prior to arrival is not subject to a refund.  All policies are subject to possible additional refund based on re-rental, excluding non-refundable cancellation fees and travel insurance (if applicable).

Great time!! Super walkable and my 3 yo LOVED being across the street from the fire trucks. The guy doing the yard work was also so friendly and welcoming.

Great location

The house had everything we needed and was located right across the street from a park which was perfect for our 4 year old. It’s also a short walk to the beach and restaurants and the pier. We would stay here again.

Perfect location for family

My husband and I stayed here for our first trip to the beach with our 2 year old and 2 month old. A very short walk to the beach and clean house. Would definitely rent here again.

Cute decor - clean!

Very cute and lots of space - very clean and maintained. Would be 5 star if we had access to beach chairs.

Beach

The house is a perfect location for a small family. A park across the street and the beach and pier within walking distance. Plenty of restaurants within walking distance too. The house was clean and ready when we arrived.

Kure beach trip

The house was a nice 2 bedroom beach hone close to the pier. There was 6 of us in total. 2 adults and 4 kids. The beds were comfortable. There was enough places to sleep with a pullout couch and air matress. Kitchen was decent.Easy entry to the house. The only thing I didn't like was the 3 roaches i seen. But that's to be expected at the beach. We hseen.

There was a couple issues

We rented this property for 5 nights and it was ok we did have a issue with a roach in the room my son was staying in. I contacted them about it and they was going to have someone come spray but i wanted them to wait until we left considering the chemicals that would have been around my family and my dog. The beds are not comfortable, me or my fiance could not get a goodnights sleep. The pull out bed is really uncomfortable, u can feel the springs pretty bad. The mattress protector on the pull out couch was either stained or dirty and so was some of the pillows. The house stayed hot i dont know if that is normal for the beach but it stayed between 73 - 80 degrees which is hot for me in a house with air conditioner. I did like that it was right across the road from the park which also has a fenced area for your dog to run and it was across from the fire department and military area which made me feel somewhat safer. The kitchen trash can is smaller and they do not provide extra bags so you may want to bring some with you. The outside shower was useful to get the sand off everything. There is also a small area that is fenced in beside the garage for your dog to play.
