Sugar Hill is the home to be during any holiday, family function or just to relax for a week of pure bliss. Sugar Hill has four bedrooms with five and one half bath. Each bedroom has its own bathroom. The house is only one hundred and twenty five steps to the beach. Full size stainless steel appliances cn be found in the kitchen and an there is an outdoor kitchen for late night grilling. A must for any vacationer. This home has everything you need to enjoy your vacation and more. Atlantic Beach is a colorful, historic and growing town in Horry County, South Carolina. The community is filled with historic beach side cottages, well preserved mid to late nineteenth century buildings and beautiful custom designed vacation getaways. These structures provide the foundation for the forward-thinking plans being developed to preserve the Town of Atlantic Beach which has been historically important in African American culture along the South Carolina coast since the 1930s. The Town of Atlantic Beach Master Plan is designed to promote the continued growth and revitalization of the Town and provide guidance on the implementation of our Town Vision. The primary objective is to provide for growth and development in a manner that respects and balances the goals of the Town and its unique historical and physical characteristics. To position the Town to benefit from the added social and economic value of redevelopment, this Plan provides guidance on public and private physical improvements targeted at the re-invention of a unique sense of place, as it is this uniqueness that will distinguish the Town within the regional and national context and provide both the impetus for redevelopment efforts.Please Note: We rent to families only.House parties, loud noises and extra vehicles are prohibited violation of this will result in eviction.

This oceanfront beach house was absolutely perfect — from the beautiful views to the incredibly comfortable beds (my favorite part!). The host was amazing and went above and beyond, even sharing recommendations for the best local restaurants. The property has a huge pool, a bar area, and a jacuzzi that made it feel like a private resort. We also loved the arcade, karaoke setup, and smart TVs — the kids had a blast and never got bored. We truly didn’t want to leave! Everything about this stay was relaxing, fun, and memorable. Don’t look anywhere else — this is the perfect spot for families. I can’t wait to go back!

Absolutely Perfect Beach Getaway! We just returned from an unforgettable stay at Sugar Hill House in Myrtle Beach, SC, and it was everything we hoped for and more! The home is spacious, beautifully maintained, and incredibly well-equipped — with 4 bedrooms, 5.5 bathrooms, a private pool, hot tub, elevator, and just a short walk to the beach. It honestly felt like we had our own private beach — peaceful, quiet, and perfect for both kids and adults to relax and recharge. The layout of the house made it easy for everyone to spread out and enjoy some personal space, but also come together comfortably. Whether we were swimming, relaxing in the hot tub, or enjoying meals together, the entire week felt like paradise. Highly recommend Sugar Hill

Vacationing in September was great the weather was sunny all seven days the temperature was between 79-83 each day our pool was very relaxing and the evening on the front porch was quite and piece full. The Sugar Hill house is beautiful decorated making our vacation pleasant. I would like to thank the owners for building this beautiful house in such a historical location.

This house is absolutely incredible — spacious, luxurious, and perfect for large gatherings. It comfortably accommodated our entire family and friends, and we truly enjoyed our stay. The house is immaculate and extremely clean, which made us feel right at home. One of the highlights was the elevator, which was very convenient, especially for our elders. The game room with the video games was a fantastic touch and kept everyone entertained. The house also features a beautiful pool area, which is at a perfect height for both adults and kids, making it safe and comfortable for everyone to swim and relax. The kitchen and grill were luxurious additions that we made great use of, preparing meals and enjoying outdoor cooking. We spent the entire day by the pool, often preferring to stay outside since the outdoor space is so inviting. I’ve stayed at Sugarhill twice, and it’s my go-to for Atlantic Beach. Beautifully decorated, it feels like a home away from home. The layout is perfect for families, with each bedroom having its own bathroom and a powder room for hosting. The owners have thought of everything, from a fully equipped kitchen to a custom gaming station. The outdoor space is stunning, with a pool and an outdoor kitchen perfect for any season. The elevator is a great touch, especially for overpackers like me. Just 1,500 steps from the beach and close to shops, Sugarhill is everything you could want!
