I wouldn't come back here. One of the amenities that was guaranteed here was wifi and internet. However for the whole entirety of my trip 3-5 days, the wifi was out. I reached out to management. And they said they couldn't do anything about it. The router wasn't inside the house so I couldn't restart. In a place where there us barely any service, wifi is essential. I had to leave early because I am a college student who needed these amenities.

Property is clean and tidy king bed is nice! Living arrangements are very tight definitely suitable for one person and it’s OK for two. Shopping is sparse and not in walking distance. Food is also not in walking distance. Beach is close and sunsets are nice.

Beautiful unit and very clean, truly just steps from a very private feeling, beautiful beach. Private and great for a romantic getaway. Close to downtown, but still away from the crowds. The only complaint I had was with the kitchen, which really didn’t even have the basics in pots and had no kitchen knives. Would definitely stay there again, but as someone who enjoys cooking and booked a place with a kitchen for that reason, I would bring everything I need in the way of pots, pans, mixing bowls, knives, cutting board, and such with me. There was also a bbq pit in the photos that was not there, so don’t plan on grilling.

I’m sorry the kitchen lacked the basic cookware and knives you expected, and that the barbecue shown in photos wasn’t available. Very clean it does need more places to hang some clothes other than the front hooks maybe a few more hooks but other than that oh yeah and it has a very small refrigerator just be aware of that if you're not a foodie it will work fine we always bring our own kitchen things and utensils and stuff with us anyway very quiet very peaceful very nice

Nice and clean! So close to the beach. Rockaway is a cute town. The couch is very uncomfortable but if you’re busy walking and adventuring, it won’t be a big issue. All you need for a weekend getaway with the dog. Enjoyed our stay!

Absolutely Lovely

I stayed there with my wife and daughter and it exceeded my expectations. Very central to everything we wanted to see. The accommodations were pristine with all the amenities we could need. I look forward to coming back again.

We loved it!

We loved staying here. Everything is tastefully decorated and has a classic feel with a modern flare. The bed was SO comfortable, and our kids thought sleeping on a couch was fun. My wife who is a designer just gushed about how cute it was, and it truly was an amazing stay.

Beach Bliss Cottage

Loved the cabin, it was clean, and very comfortable. We'd certainly come back and next time would stay longer. It'd be wonderful if there was a shoe tray for sandy shoes that was outside to prevent inevitably bringing sand inside the door or a hose or tap to wash off before going inside. The beach is beautiful and well worth visiting and strolling on or playing fetch with your dog.

Perfect for Two

The beach townhouse was very clean, comfortable and had all the kitchenware needed for a home away from home. The only drawback was no condiments. Be sure to pack your salt and pepper for the stay. The townhouse was tiny but perfect accommodations for two with a king size comfortable bed. The beach was close enough to walk to.

Does not sleep four!

The sofa was not a sleeper/pull-out sofa.It fit one adult and was extremely uncomfortable.Super close to the beach but also close to the highway.

Perfect for two

This place is very clean, cute, and well stocked with kitchenware. We loved that it is so close to the beach. The smart tv allowed us to sign in and watch movies. The kitchen had dishes and cookware. The fidge is a mini fridge so we had to play a little tetris but worked great. Nice little light fireplace/ heater. It was perfect for my husband and I.
