Chat n Chill is set amidst a beautiful tropical garden on a quiet street a short walk from our famous Pink Sands Beach. There are 2 private decks, with seating to enjoy the surrounding gardens, plus a newly added 360 view deck. Chat n Chill is equipped with air conditioning throughout and a backup generator to ensure your ultimate comfort during your stay in Harbour Island. Located on the top floor of a 2-unit townhome, Chat n' Chill is lovingly cared for by its local owners.

Wonderful Harbour Island Rental

We absolutely loved our stay at Chat N Chill. The home is beautifully comfortable and cozy — the perfect place to relax and unwind. Iris is an exceptional host and was so helpful with any questions about the rental and exploring Harbour Island. We are already looking forward to coming back!

We loved staying at Chat N’Chew. It was a lovely home, very clean and easy access to beach (two minute drive or short walk). Iris is a great host, very helpful and responsive.

We just had a three-day stay at this lovely home, three adults and three children, and it was absolutely fantastic! From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home. The property is spacious, clean, and well-equipped, making it perfect for our large family. The hosts were incredibly welcoming and responsive, providing great local tips that enhanced our experience. The location was ideal, with the beach 5 minutes walk away. Overall, Chat And Chill exceeded our expectations. It was a relaxing and enjoyable getaway for our family, and we would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a family-friendly place to stay! We can’t wait to come back!

I loved having a washer/dryer onsite! Property manager communication was great and they were very kind and helpful. Bed sheets had holes in them. The oven could have been more clean.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a fantastic stay. Iris and Samuel are wonderful hosts. Communication was top notch. They were always available to answer questions. The multiple balcony spaces were wonderful to drink our coffee and relax. The roof top deck area is amazing, the views are spectacular. Very comfortable beds with large closets. We cooked in several nights and the kitchen is well equipped. Iris connected us with Cruz for a golf cart to get around the island. Everything we needed was within a short golf cart ride. We cannot wait to return to Chat N Chill.
