My wife and I loved the house. Easy access down to the beach and nearby restaurants. It had everything we needed and the rooftop deck was the perfect place to hang out.

We had a great week staying at Silk Road. Spencer was very responsive to our requests and questions. The AC was super cool which was great after a hot day on the beach and the bed was very comfortable. We will be back!

Highly Recommend

An awesome homebase in Harbour Island. The location is perfect, a one minute walk from the beach and a short golf cart ride anywhere you want to go. The space was clean and well equipped and check in was easy. Highly recommend!

Great little place! Just yards from the beach. Pics describe it well. Went daily to Mrs Vs for chairs and umbrella (right next door) but having to stay in their little confined area was the only bummer. Missed an outdoor shower or way to rinse feet off before going inside. Otherwise the place was wonderful and close to everything HI had to offer.

Better than even expected!

Silk Road was a little zen slice of Harbour paradise, made all the more lovely by the gracious and attentive host/owner and nice housekeeper. Would highly recommend this spot- convenient, great and new villa, access to beach and super accessible with check ins and help from host.

AWESOME stay

We had a great time on our honeymoon staying at Spencer’s place. It is very clean, extremely nice, in great shape, fast wifi, and no more than thirty steps to the beach. Absolutely no complaints. Spencer was an awesome host who was very kind and gave us some great recommendations as well. Highly recommend!

Perfect location

We had an incredible stay, really enjoyed being just a few steps from the beach where we could walk out for an early sunrise. Also, just a short walk down the beach for lunch or dinner at the resorts. Quiet location and only a quick golf cart ride to town. Loved Harbour Island and we can't wait to be back! Spencer provided great recommendations and a quick response to our inquiries. Rental was just as described.

Cozy, comfy cottage

Sweet cotage steps from the beach! Absolutely loved the location! I know the housekeeper Rodeline from previous rentals and she's a sweetheart. Spencer came through in big way. Great communication and a pleasure to work with. It was just what we were looking for.

Great property

The property was located steps to the beach and a short golf cart ride from town. The daily housekeeping was wonderful and we really appreciated Rodeline doing a load of laundry for us! The bed was comfortable and the apartment had all necessities, including beach towels, a safe, blow dryer, French press and electric water kettle. The roof deck has amazing views and is a cool hang out. All in all, it was a wonderful stay.

It was good for 1-2 people.To get to balcony you have to go outside and climb up a very steep ladder.It would be great to have known about washer and dryer I had no idea it was outside behind a door! In listing it says washer and dryer then if you hit on amenities it says no washer and dryer, so a bit confusing Overall it was a great stay!

Harbour Island Stay

Very comfortable, well stocked unit with a short walk to the Pink Sands Beach. Newer, remodeled unit with plenty of open space and a roof top view. The Court Street level washer/drier was a bonus A little confusing finding the unit, but look for a dark gray building (the only dark gray colored building with a sign that says Silk Road) on the left just south of the the Ocean View Club and across the street from the the Coconuts Resort entry sign. Walk several steps down the alley way between the buildings and open the non-descript door leading to the main entry door. Great location, and I recommend a golf cart for getting around Dunmore Town.

Great Spot & Amazing Location

Silk Road is an epic property - perfect for any couple looking for an amazing Harbour Island getaway. It's right on a quiet road that is easy to get to by golf cart and yet is just a short walk down to the beach. It's in a great location - a 3 minute golf card ride from the vast majority of places we were hoping to go. It's comfortable, clean, has all the amenities you could need, and has a nice, elevated view of the beach from the rooftop. I highly recommend this property!
