This 2 bedroom, 2 bath beach house has an expansive wraparound porch where you can enjoy the views and coastal breeze! House has an open kitchen and everything you need for your getaway! Enjoy a short walk or golf cart ride to the beach.

The Space:
SLEEP CONFIGURATION: (sleeps 4 in beds but could possibly accommodate up to 6 w/ pullout couch or cots)
~ Master with King bed with luxury hotel bedding. (sleeps 2)
~ 2nd bedroom with King bed with luxury hotel bedding. (sleeps 2)
~ Sectional sleeper sofa in family room and 2 x twin rollaway cots (Please bring own bedding and towels, if intend to use)

Guest Access:
It's easy to stay with us and secure too! Access the home electronically at 4pm on the date of your arrival with your unique lock code that we specifically give only to you via text and email. Your code is live from 4pm on your arrival date until 11am on the date of your departure.

The Neighborhood:
High-end neighborhood, Pirates' Beach is located about 10 minutes south of the heart Galveston offering a plethora of restaurants, grocery, and activities. Public beach access is right in the neighborhood. Waterman's Restaurant & Marina is just a few miles from home.

When you rent a 979 VPS home, you'll also receive the 'comforts of home' guest welcome starter supply of shampoo, shower gel, conditioner, toilet paper and paper towels. We want your stay to be as easy as you do, and we make every effort to delight.

WIFI/TV SERVICE:
Our properties include WIFI/Internet and TV service for your streaming services. Due to our location (Island living is a whole other way of life), service may be unpredictable or spotty, and repair times can be delayed. While we will do everything we can to ensure these items are in good working order before your arrival, please note, these services may not be as consistent as they are in your area. So grab your favorite people, ditch the electronics, and spend the day at our beautiful beaches!

979 VACATION PROPERTY SERVICES:
All 979 Vacation Property Services rental home follow local and state tax rules. Reservations may be booked up to 365 days in advance of check-in. Please send inquiry and details if your stay is more than a year out as rates and availability may not be updated. Each reservation includes applicable taxes, a cleaning fee, $1,000,000 liability protection and $10,000 damage insurance - No Security Deposit Required!

CANCELLATION POLICY:
For any new reservation, you may cancel within 24 hours of booking and receive a full refund. Some exceptions may apply for last-minute reservations.

After that, cancel at least 30 days before your check-in and receive a refund in your original form of payment less the booking fee.

Reservations made on 3rd party channels such as Airbnb, VRBO, TripAdvisor, etc may be subject to their terms and conditions which may be different than 979's. Please reference the site where you originally reserved your stay.

*NOTE: Absolutely No Prom, Graduation or other large (more than the max occupancy) parties/events permitted. Max # house sleeps (occupancy) = max # of Guests allowed on property at any time. Thank you.
