Escape to "Magical Memories," a luxurious 3,096 sq. ft. retreat in Kissimmee's Calabria Estates. This stunning 5-bedroom, 3.5-bath vacation home sleeps 10 comfortably and features a private saltwater pool, spa, and a tropical patio oasis. Located just minutes from Walt Disney World and other attractions, it’s the perfect getaway for families and friends. With a gourmet kitchen, theater room, game room, and spacious living areas, this home ensures unforgettable vacation moments.

Bedrooms & Bathrooms:
Relax in 5 spacious bedrooms, each equipped with flat-screen TVs. The master bedroom boasts a king-size bed, private en-suite bathroom with dual sinks, a soaking tub, and a separate shower. Another queen bedroom is conveniently located on the first floor. Upstairs, you’ll find two additional queen bedrooms and a charming twin bedroom with two beds. There are 3.5 bathrooms, offering ample space for larger groups.

Gourmet Kitchen:
Cooking is a delight in the fully equipped kitchen featuring stainless steel appliances, pots, pans, utensils, and place settings for the whole group. The breakfast bar is perfect for casual meals or snacks, and a highchair is provided for little ones.

Living Areas:
Spend quality time in the family room with a 52" LCD TV and DVD player or lounge in the elegant living room overlooking the pool. For movie nights, head to the theater room with a 3D projector and luxury recliners.

Game Room:
Enjoy hours of fun in the game room, complete with a pool table and dartboard.

Outdoor Oasis:
Step outside to your private tropical escape. The saltwater swimming pool and spa are enclosed within a screened patio, ensuring comfort and privacy. Relax on comfortable lounge chairs or enjoy al fresco dining under the covered lanai. Pool/spa heat is available for an additional fee.

Amenities:
Stay connected with Wi-Fi and enjoy the convenience of a washer and dryer. A mandatory mid-stay cleaning fee of $210 applies for stays over two weeks.

Everything was perfect!

This place was amazing. Very clean and high quality. Communication with Elaine was very quick. We had a slight issue with the AC and the pool, but she responded immediately and fixed it right away. The neighborhood was quiet and not too far from the parks. Would stay here again and highly recommend!

The house I stayed in was a nice home but far out from the attraction and the house had ants in the kitchen but other than that we had nice time the kids enjoyed the pool

Wonderful home!

We were very happy with this home for our stay in Orlando. The neighborhood was easy to get to, very convenient for accessing the parks. The house gave us lots of room, and was very well kept. The backyard pool area was well used after walking around Disney all day!! Elaine is very easy to communicate with. We highly recommend this property!! Family Disney Vacation

The house was wonderful. We had plenty of room for everyone. The pool was used every night and the adults enjoyed the hot tub. Even though the house was in a subdivision, the backyard was very private. The movie room was great with many movies to choose from. The house is close to Disney and Universal. Will definitely be renting here again!!!

Awesome!!!!

There were 7 of us who stayed at this property and it was amazing!!!!! Plenty of space for all. Property was great pool Aandhot tub were amazing . We will probably make this a yearly tradition for our family. My only suggestion to property owner is that there were more instructions on how to work tv’s, projector and where all the lights were. The property manager Elaine was easy to get a hold of to answer any questions. Thank you for helping us make this vacation unforgettable!!!!!

Great Family vacation home.

This property is a great vacation home for families, with plenty of space for everyone to relax and enjoy. The pool area is large with plenty of furniture. The property was close (20 min Disney 30 min Universal) to the major parks with plenty of restaurants and supply stores near by. The owner was promptly responsive and accommodating. We had difficulty connecting to wi-fi the first couple of days and our cell service was completely limited in the area…it turned out the code was written backwards in the manual (the manager responded and gave us the correct code). We were concerned about leaving the trash out (even double bagged in trash bags) upon leaving…because the raccoons are serious (removing rocks off trash cans) and going in every night. Overall we had an amazing Family Christmas Vacation and would stay here again.

This property was perfect. Everything you need to have a wonderful vacation. There was nothing you needed that was not provided at this property. We especially enjoyed the theater room, great place to sit back and watch a movie at the end of a day.

Absolutely amazing!!

This property is absolutely beautiful!! 🤩 The pictures online do it absolutely no justice!! I hope I get to stay there again. My favorite was the fact that they have an alarm for the door that leads to the pool, it made my vacation that much more relaxing because I didn’t have to stress about my little ones being around the pool unattended.

Very tidy and lovely home, equipped with everything you need. The communication was super easy and quick and the place looks exactly like it does on the pictures. Teenage boys had a blast in the pool. Overall, it was a great stay!

Great Location

This is a really great location. We took advantage of shopping within 20 miles or less. We really enjoyed the pool as a family. This is a very secure and safe neighborhood. We have two complaints: the property wasn't as clean as we thought it would be. When we initially arrived the cleaning company was still on the premises. (We found a sock next to lamp in the living room, there was trash under the chair in the living room, hair in one of the beds, pillow cases not clean, and the sofa pillows had stains.) Our other complaint is that there was no internet during our stay. We will say that the owner was very responsive and understanding. She told us that there was a power outage that knocked out the AC and internet and that the responsible party would be out to service the issue. The AC was fixed asap. We really can't blame or point the finger at the owner, things happen and we enjoyed ourselves without the internet. The cleaning issue is definitely on the cleaning company. If no one said anything the owner wouldn't know. Thank YOU for opening up your home.

A perfect Florida family Vacation

This home was not only beautiful and warm but it was an awesome location, near everything. I haven't felt a good family gathering in awhile. The pool was amazing, and the movie room was just the perfect end of each day. I I definitely recommend this home. Thank you for the memories!

We really enjoyed our stay, but just a couple of problems 1) the DVD player did not work, but we had gotten in contact with Maintenance people(Saturday) and they brought a new DVD player (Sunday). (2 And where the ice comes out of the disposal, was very molded and nasty. I am so glad that I brought my Clorox clean up spray, to clean the outside disposal. 3) the garage with the pool table was hot even with the fan. And I did know that you have to pay for BBQ grill 😞. Thank you

Very Disappointed!

I'm not one to enjoy leaving negative reviews, yet this one is necessary for future potential renters. I have many photos which I cannot find a way to post to back up my experience. When we arrived the pool was honestly disgusting. It was extremely cloudy and full of debris. We also noticed the master bedroom has an awful mattress which we uncovered and found MULTIPLE urine stains across it as well as it being worn out. I called the only number shown through VRBO since their manager page was empty. I ended up speaking with a woman living outside of our country who pushed me off telling me that she was just "sitting down to eat and everyone was looking at her". She then told me she called "Jay" who apparently handles her out of country property. He sent over the pool guy who was friendly who in a nutshell told me that the pool was dirty due to the owner having a palm tree hanging over her pool plus the chemicals take time. I informed him that I was a contractor from a different state and he then said he would flush the filter and in 3 days the pool was clear. ~ The man and woman who came over to handle the master bedroom bed were friendly as well yet brought the cheapest Walmart mattress cover and a new bed spread. Never a word regarding the disgusting mattress. Endless other items backed up by photos like a very unkept yard, broken items in the yard, Broken back sliding door, algae covered screening, outdoor furniture literally falling apart, a grill with what looked like a bicycle lock on it so we could not use it unless we paid an extra fee, Patched ceiling with no paint, Decaying dining room chairs, ...the list is endless. I've visited Disney since 1975. This lesson is well learned. I'll spend the extra money for staying either on property or a place like Margaritaville, etc. who has people who care. I messaged this owner ( out of country) regarding the dvd player with projector. It never worked and she said she would have her manager "JAY" contact me that day. That was 2 days prior to our leaving and we never heard back from her or him. Overall, all I can say is that unless you are a HUGE family wanting something relatively cheap, this might be acceptable, yet to us it was not only not acceptable but such a waste of money. No response from owner....very disappointed. Shame on you for presenting this property as you do when in reality it is a wreck.

What can one say. First the pool had just been cleaned and shocked. The palm tree over shadowing the pool was trimed that morning but the pool was cleaned afterwards. The master bedroom is designed will all Michael Kors linens. The guest after being in the home for 10 minutes phoned me to complain about the master bed. He sent me a video of what he said was a huge stain on the topper. He then pulled the topper down and said the stain had gone all the way through to the mattress. I was appalled and called my manager immediately. The manager then sent his cleaning manager to the home. They sent me a video and said I would not believe this.....so, the suposadelly large stain that went all the way through to the mattress was the shadow from the ceiling fan. I must admit it was rather funny if I wasn't so upset. First time in 11 years I had a bad review but sometimes they walk amongst us.
