Located in downtown Southampton. The beaches are a short 5 minute walk away. Sauble Beach is a 15 minute drive up the shore. The area is home to The Southampton Market.
One block from Main Street. A block away from restaurants, patios, parks, shops, cafes and bakeries.
It is an upper floor 2 bedroom apartment, of a historic yellow Brick home. It has it own separate entrance and free parking behind the house. It has hardwood floors throughout and an open concept living room, dining room and kitchen with cathedral ceilings and skylights.

Great downtown spot!

The pictures and descriptions were accurate. It’s a beautiful place right in the heart of downtown, with easy walking to shops, restaurants and the beach. I’ll definitely be back for another visit!

Loved it!

This property was close to all of the downtown amenities of Southampton. Although not on the beach, it was a short walk to the water, gym, tennis courts, bakery and ice cream. The rooms were a good size, the beds appropriate for a family of 4 and the kitchen had good facilities for cooking. Ability to do stairs is a must for this location. The AC bathroom and cleanliness made this apartment especially comfortable,

Lovely apartment

We had a good weekend at the Vrbo. Easy access with the instructions that were sent a few days ahead of our reservation. There was a slight issue with the plumbing which we resolved and after contacting the owner was quickly clarified and resolved.

Excellent location, lovely owner. Up a steep set of stairs which is pictured in the listing and we had no problem with it. The beds are comfortable. Gorgeous wood floors. Rooms simple and classic. We had a bit of an issue with the AC but the owner fixed it so no biggie. This place is very clean. We really enjoyed staying here. Next to a coffee shop/restaurant which one reviewer said was loud. It is NOT loud at all. It closes quite early! We would stay here again. Looked nicer in real life in my opinion than the photos! Walking distance to a tree lined trail around a lake. Close to an amazing bakery and a bunch of restaurants. (Try the Walker house!). Walking distance to the beach or drive and park close to it.
