Nous avons également un 3Úme étage avec 3 chambres à coucher quelques condos plus bas. Il est représenté sur vrbo 409378

Les prix sur cette annonce sont pour un seul condo.

Ceux-ci ont l'un des plus grands balcons en front de mer de 2 chambres dans toute la ville de Panama Beach.

Le salon a une grande télévision à écran plat. Une cuisine entiÚrement équipée et un coin repas donnent sur le golfe. La chambre principale a un lit king size et fait face au golfe, avec des portes coulissantes en verre sur le grand balcon de 40 pieds.

POLITIQUE SUR LES ANIMAUX DE COMPAGNIE DU GOLFE Un petit chien de moins de 25 lb est autorisé pour les locataires de plus de 30 jours. La réception charge 100 $ de frais à l'arrivée. Peaceful Spring Break

The staff and security were very helpful and polite. The property was quiet and the location of the condo and parking was great! We very much enjoyed it and would love to stay here again!

Amazing week!!

We have been staying at Gulf Crest for the past 11 years. We enjoy the overall condo and amenities. We had an amazing week!! The condo was clean and well kept and stocked. The weather and ocean were phenomenal!! We will definitely stay here again

Graduation and Mother's Day Celebration

We love staying at Gulfcrest!! This property does need to be updated but we saw it was for sale so we're hoping someone buys it and gives it the attention it needs. Had a fabulous time and will be back to stay at Gulfcrest.

Beautiful condo and beautiful beaches

The condo was beautiful and exactly as pictured. We communicated with the owner about the couch having a small tear and they responded right back. The location was awesome! The kids loved the pool side activities. They are sporting some cute air brushed tattoos. We loved our stay! Would definitely recommend.

Great location and not overly crowded

Had a great family vacation. Loved the location and the amenities. Pools were not crowded. Easy beach access. Lots to do within walking distance of Condo. Condo layout was great with plenty of room for everyone. It does need a little bit of repair work done (mostly cosmetic things) but otherwise it was very nice. All appliances worked perfectly and all the TV's had Roku sticks attached. Great family vacation location!

NICE RESORT

We have stayed at this resort before. There was some construction repairs going on. This is actually common right now due to everyone still trying to recover from the last storm. This unit was a great location only 1 floor from the elevator. the unit could use a little paint and general maintenance but for the price we enjoyed it and will stay again.

Definitely Recommend!

I was a little skeptical about this property from some reviews, but overall the place was great! I went with 7 other girls on our college spring break and it was a great location and had plenty of space for all of us! The pull out couch is broken, so I wouldn’t depend on that to sleep on and the wi-fi was a iffy for everyone the entire trip. Place was clean and check in and check out was easy. Maintenance also was very accessible in the building and easy to communicate with.

Great open space with a HUGE balcony! Wonderful for the family!

I loved the open layout of this condo and the beautiful balcony. I will say the sheets on the master bed were ripped and did not stay on the bed well, there were light bulbs missing from some of the lamps, and there where places where the carpet met the hard tile floor where sharp staples or nails poked my feet. These are small things and our stay was amazing! Many memories made!

The view and the balcony were awesome. The a/c and the roku didn't work when we arrived. Took several days to contact Emerald coast because their phone number wasn't working.

Room Master bed mattress as an impression on right side feels like your in a hole. Both couch’s in living room are wore out and the love seat has a board so you don’t sink down they need to be replaced Base boards on floor are beat up and some holes in ceiling Overall is was clean but need to be maintained better for the price

Great Beach Get Away

The property is beautiful and has great views. The condo itself is nice, but is in need of a good deep clean. The walls, ceilings, and blinds had a good layer of dust on them. The curtains in front of the sliding glass doors did not have the mechanism needed to be able to easily open them. We had to stand in a chair to be able to reach the button necessary to make them move. While the front load washer and dryer were nice, when we first washed clothes, black marks showed up on them. We had to run a self clean cycle on the washer and then wipe out the wash tub, then reach our clothes to get these out.

Do yourself a favor and don’t book.

The room is nasty. The carpet stinks, grungy feeling, and stained. The couch is falling apart with the stuffing coming out of the back and almost sitting on the floor. The couch and loveseat had stains all over them. We had to purchase couch covers for them. The master shower has mold around the top of it. The washer and dryer stink and smell like mildew. When arriving, I told the host how bad it stunk and about the couch and loveseat and she sent plug ins. We love staying at the Gulf Crest but will never stay in this unit again. THE UNIT NEEDS UPDATED DESPERATELY!

Accuracy of listings

The pictures online made everything look absolutely perfect. There was stuffing coming out of the couch and you were basic sitting on the floor. The light in the master bathroom toilet area was not working and you had to keep the door propped open to use the restroom. There were no dish towels. The shower head in the other bathroom was loose. One of the comforters has what appeared to be fresh blood stains. The curtain on the sliding door was broken and could not open the curtains. The blind rods were taped on. The unit needs some TLC. There appears to not have been anything done in some time.

Room was not clean, my wife and i had to clean. Washed bed linens, towels: the smelled like womens perfume. Get a shower and bath at same time as tub drains slow. Couch ripped/ broken and stained. Condo definitely need updated. Furniture is old and king bed sinks to center. Skirt at bottom of tub falling out. Light in utility doesn't work. This was my 5th stay at Gulf Crest. All other rentals were perfect. Will not rent this room again. Overall we had a great time on the beach.

ECDI

ECDI is giving Gulf Crest a bad name! We love staying at Gulf Crest but will ALWAYS rent directly from them from now on. Do not EVER use ECDI! This review is not based on a one time experience. Filthy, everything broken, had to clean and repair before we could unpack. No reimbursement for purchases made for repairs. Would not reply to us after sending multiple photos and emails. They did reply the day after we arrived but we had already cleaned and fixed most items because we could not use condo as it was. After that, as we found more issues, they never would respond to us or offer reimbursements. Examples, shower doors broken, tub surround completely kicked in and separated from walls, toilet seat broken in half, hot water turned off in bathroom, counters still had food and drink crumbs and spills, cups of leftover drinks sitting in kitchen, trash on floor, remote didn’t work, multiple light switches not working, bulbs out, couch ripped with stuffing hanging out, etc
.. they did bring us a new toilet seat. Last years stay was even worse. We tried to give another chance but obviously this is how they operate. Lesson learned, NEVER again. Owners need to be made aware of this management co.

NASTY, FILTHY, GROSS CONDO w/misrepresented photos

RENTER BEWARE! Condo is NOT clean & has several cosmetic/maintenance issues!*TV screen hand marks smeared all over(yogurt from small kids)*Counters,chairs sticky/food stuck*Dining room cushion chairs with stains *Candy wrappers on floor, chip bags, used Waffle house container,chips on carpet*Sofas stained and filthy as well as a back cushion has a large rip with stuffing exposed. *MBR sheets have some large stains to include what appears to be a urine stain that soaked through to the feather down mattress topper*Tile floor sticky and dirty— not mopped *Walls dirty, grime, stuck food, hand prints*Many lights don’t work*Broken doors*Curtains unattached to pulley*Faucet in MBR w/constant drip/leak*Vents don't work in BR's*Master closet hole in wall & where door stop no longer has rubber stopper *Dirty dishes in cupboard *Guest BR tub is separated from frame. WE CLOROXED EVERYTHING & MOPPED FLOORS! We understand this is a rental and that we are in peak season, however, for the price which includes a substantial cleaning fee, this is unacceptable. Trash bags changed and that was the extent of “cleaning”. It is absolutely FILTHY! College party houses & furniture in better condition. ECDI notified on arrival & asked us how to make it right, which they denied & put us off w/"we will see what we can do" At that point, we were ghosted by all parties. Our emails & phone calls were left with no response or "I'll see what we can do".CRICKETS! DO NOT RENT THIS CONDO!

Best condo layout in PCB

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo is dated, which shows in the pictures, so we knew what we were getting. It's a great location, our favorite in PCB and we prefer lower levels so we can use the stairs. The cleaning could have been better
