We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Greer Guest House! The house was charming, well appointed, very clean and close to everything. This location is only a few minutes to lovely downtown Greer, with tons of shopping and restaurants. The host was pleasant and her puppy Ozzy was a delight.

We had a very comfortable stay in the Greer Guest House. The property was charming and the house a perfect size for two people. Everything was very clean and Kim was a thoughtful host. We had everything we needed and it was so convenient to be walking distance to the restaurants and shops of downtown Greer. Thank you for your hospitality!

Always a great stay!

We've stayed here a few times now, and are always pleased. Great, quiet neighborhood in walking distance to downtown Greer. House is always clean, and communication with the property manager couldn't be better!

Best kept secret in Greer.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The accomodations were just what we needed. Such a nice, quiet location tucked away in a cute neighborhood. The hostess was quick to communicate and met all of our needs.We would definitely stay again.

Long weekend getaway

My wife and I stayed here while visiting our son away at college. Great stay and perfect for what we needed. Super clean and easy, and the neighborhood was clean, safe, and quiet. Walking distance to downtown Greer which is fantastic. Would highly recommend, and will book here again!

We enjoyed our visit very much and loved the location. We were able to walk downtown Greer and visit the many cute shops and restaurant/bars. We also visited relatives in Greenville, SC which was just a short 20 minute drive. Lovely area.

Would definitely stay again

The property was just as it was described. It was nicely decorated and clean. The kitchen seemed well equipped although we only ate breakfasts there. The location worked perfectly for us as we were visiting family in Greer. Would definitely stay again if we are ever back in the area. We didn’t get to meet Ozzy though although we caught a glimpse of him briefly at one point and he looked like a little cutie!

Cute, Clean, Convenient

Kim was awesome. She was friendly, attentive and wanted to make sure I had what I needed. The home was clean, nicely decorated with pretty much anything you may need provided in the home. I felt safe, had a great area for walking and was only minutes from everything. I highly recommend this home.

Clean and Comfortable

The rental was clean, comfortable, and sized for our needs. Although the house is small, it feels roomy. I appreciated being able to rent a property with just enough room to fit two people comfortably, instead of a house designed to fit a large family. Please note there is no dishwasher and no washer/dryer in the guest house. Kitchen facilities are spare but adequate. The guest house is on the same lot as the owner's home but we did not see or hear the owner or anyone else nor were we bothered by any noise in the neighborhood. Thanks!
