We’ve included all the essentials:

• Black-out Curtains

• Quality memory-foam king/queen mattresses with soft pillow-topper cover = luxury hotel feel.
• 1 King & 2 Queen beds
• 3 coffee makers -Keurig, Drip, French Press
• No stairs - shower = 4" step
• twin portable bed
• Fire pit in organic native landscape
• Central Hub to: Airport, Lackland, DT, Fiesta TX, SeaWorld, and Med Center

The spacious backyard is a great place to relax + star gaze while enjoying the fire pit.

The neighborhood is safe/quiet and great for runs/walks. You’ll be near several parks, restaurants, SAT airport. Downtown, The Pearl, Lackland, Med Ctr, Fiesta TX, The Rim, and Hill Country are convenient.

You can feel at home and comfortable with so many unexpected touches like extra power ports and USB slots. Lots of the things you expect for a longer stay. We won't scrimp on wash rags, towels, DW pods. Feel at home and don't worry!

There are plenty of areas that double as dedicated work spaces and our Fiber-Optic WiFi makes remote work easy and stress-free.

The kitchen is very well-equipped with all of the cooking essentials, major appliances, and smaller ones including a blender, waffle maker, microwave, kettle, and 3 coffee makers. We have a Keurig, a brew coffee maker (with gold filter - no paper filters), and a French press. Coffee is provided as well!

The living room has a 2022 55’ inch smart TV and there is a smaller TV in the bunk bed room. We could not fit a TV in the master bedroom as there was no ideal place to put it. A Netflix account is provided for guests to use.

You will find lots of USBs and extra plugs near the bedsides and all over the house.

We have a washer and dryer and have stocked plenty of pods and detergent and you don’t have to worry about bringing any!

You have the run of the place except for the garage.

Other things to note:

Kids are welcome. We have a few kid dishes and high-chair and Pak N Play. The house feels very updated and I want this to exceed your expectations. If for any reason it falls below a 5-star experience, let me know immediately.

You will have tons of privacy, but I sometimes water veggies if you book longer stays. I live in the area and am happy to answer questions or give tips. Feel free to pick any tomatoes or peppers.

We try to go the extra mile to make this an exceptional stay.

This property is wonderful! Wade (the host) is incredibly kind and will go above and beyond to ensure your stay is the best it can be. The house is very clean, and has all the creature comforts. The water pressure is great, and has all included toiletries and cleaning products. The next time I am in San Antonio, I will be staying here!

Cozy and comfortable house that accommodated our needs for a kitchen to cook meals and a pet-friendly house as we were in town for multi-day college swim meet. Beds were super comfortable. Highly recommend it.

Great home and location in North SA

My husband and I stayed at this rental a few weekends ago. The house was well stocked with kitchen and bath essentials, was clean, and beautifully decorated. The beds were comfortable too. The neighborhood was quiet and safe. It was well located just about 10 minutes from the airport and near major thoroughfares to avoid the interstate.Wade was very responsive throughout our stay and let us check in early since our flight landed at 1pm. Wonderful wedding weekend

Spacious Hidden Gem

The home was exactly as described- the host truly thought of everything that one would need to feel comfortable and at home. I chose this house because of the excellent reviews, and it's close proximity to The Veranda, the venue where we attended a wedding. Wade is an excellent communicator, and was understanding when I needed to drop off our luggage prior to check-in.The home is very spacious, was immaculately clean, and has a big back yard. It's in a quiet neighborhood, but minutes to the North Star Mall area, as well as 1604. Great location for our needs. I would certainly recommend this property!

My wife and I are empty-nesters! We started our hosting journey five years ago with a guest house in the backyard. After realizing how much enjoyment hosting brought us, we have since expanded into owning two additional properties in the neighborhood and starting a small family-owned business.

Vicki is a full-time Realtor in San Antonio and surrounding areas - she started her business in 2011 and is consistently ranked highly among her peers. Prior to that, she mothered our 3 kids and was a teacher to the Deaf for 16 years. Vicki is a wealth of information on the San Antonio area and she finds joy in sharing her knowledge and experiences.

Most of my time is spent on property management, hospitality, landscaping (my hobby), and following the Texas Aggie football and baseball season. My friends and family call me a "coffee snob". Please reach out if you want a great cup of coffee, or ask about my favorite place to go for good beans or craft beer.

If you like dogs, you might watch for our hound, Abby, hanging out with me. She can climb our live oak trees, get on our roof, and loves to greet our guests when invited. :)

Vicki and I enjoy grilling at home, dining at new places, and traveling. We thrive on providing exceptional 5-star experiences for our guests. Our goal is when you return to the area, you’ll reach out to seek another memorable stay!

The location is extremely convenient to nearly everything, i.e. Downtown, Airport, Fiesta TX, Medical Center, the Texas Hill Country for a trip to New Braunfels or Fredericksburg. Our small, pocket-like neighborhood is quiet, with lots of mature oak trees in most of the yards. We have a 15 ac greenbelt that is about 3 blocks where you might see deer, hawks, owls, and it's a good place to walk. We're only 2 miles from a large park full of walking trails and features the world's largest land bridge.
