Awesome South facing pool!

The south facing pool was awesome! The location with basketball and pickle ball court was nice! The traffic can be heard all the time unfortunately due to the close proximity to Route 27. With that being said you’re definitely close to every and anything you want. The beds were very firm with flat pillows too. The pool table needs to be updated .

The Perfect Spot

We absolutely loved this home! Everything from the initial contact with the host to the property management company was so easy and made travelling stress free. When we arrived, the house was clean and stocked with everything you would need to feel at home. The house is bright and spacious with a beautiful heated pool and hot tub that has a pretty view of the lake from the great outdoor space. The area is quiet and close to major attractions but allows you to get away from the tourists areas and relax. We would highly recommend staying here and look forward to returning. Thank you for hosting us!

Good value

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Spotless large home. Pool & hot tub were great! Check in and check out were a breeze! Be aware of 2 things 1) is not super close to Disney if that’s your destination with traffic up to 45 min and 2) if you plan on doing any meals there are no serving bowls/dishes or casserole dishes or kitchen towels. Overall great stay

Hi Keli. Thank you for staying with us and for your great review about the property. The south facing pool is really great. We are going to make sure to add the items noted on your review. Unfortunately traffic may vary by time of the year and events in the area, property is located only 11 miles from Animal Kingdom entrance for example, and travel time may vary.

No heat in pool or hot tub

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This will most likely be our last stay with Florida Spirit. Our family has used your company for 6-8 years and I would say that we were unable to use the pool and hot tub more than we were able to use during those years. When you specifically rent a vacation home with such extras you do expect them to be working properly, including have heat when the description states they are heated for free. When contacting the office in regards to these issues we are told that the heating is not a priority & they will try and get someone out there to look at it. I don’t understand if these homes are inspected before or after each stay that these issues are not addressed before paying customers arrive?? Unfortunately this will be our last trip with you folks. We were not able to use the hot tub 1 time all week due to no heat.

Hello William, We are truly disappointed to hear about your experience with the pool heat during your recent stay with us. We strive to provide all of our guests with a comfortable and enjoyable stay, and it is unfortunate to hear that this was not the case for you. If you had informed us of the issue during your stay, we would have been more than happy to assist you and work toward a resolution. We are no longer running our promotion of free pool heat as we did in previous years. It's important for us to address any concerns our guests may have to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay. While we no longer offer free pool heat in the winter, we always strive to provide excellent service and accommodations for our guests. Regards, Florida Spirit Reservations Team
