Please note that there are two apartments on the second floor with permanent tenants who access their units through the courtyard. However, the rest of the courtyard is exclusively available for your enjoyment!

- The space sleeps 8 across 3 bedrooms and a pullout sofa bed in the common area. Bedroom one has a king bed, bedroom two has a queen bed, and the third bedroom has two single beds. There are also two full bathrooms.
- A washer and dryer for your convenience. Some detergent is provided but not replenished* You can find them at the end of the same level deck out back (NOT upstairs).
- One of the top highlights of this property is the garden courtyard in the back of the home, that’s fully enclosed with privacy fencing and beautifully landscaped. There are also ample seating where you can gather and enjoy each other’s company and the gorgeous weather.
- Designated parking for up to 4 vehicles.

- This is a pet-friendly property but for dogs only, please, no cats, sorry. You also must adhere to the pet policy: 1) There is a pet fee of $150 for up to 7 nights. For longer stays of 8 nights or more, the fee is $250. 2) It's important that guests let us know and get authorization to bring their pets first before booking to avoid any misunderstandings. Please be aware that bringing an unauthorized pet will result in a charge of $500. 3) Pets are not allowed on the beds or furniture. 4) Note that the spacious backyard is semi-fenced but the gates can sometimes be left open by neighbors. Letting your dog(s) run loose is at your own risk. 5) Please clean up after your pet(s). 6) Please crate your pet(s) if you leave the property and leave them unattended. There is a $100 fine for pets that are left unattended and not crated.
- Travelers must be at least 25 years of age or older to book.
- Guests may need to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation and/or upon arrival.
- Guests might be required to present an official ID at check-in or during the stay.
- Depending on the booking site to make the reservation, a security deposit might be required, refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.
- We provide a few home/bath essentials like basic soap, shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper, a starter supply of coffee, some cleaning supplies, such as dish soap, dishwasher pods, laundry detergent, paper towels, and trash bags. Linens and towels are also provided. If you require any additional items upon arrival, please contact us immediately, and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.
- There is a welcome sheet inside with further instructions, including WiFi details.
- No smoking of any kind inside the home! Drug use and illegal activity on the premises are also strictly prohibited. Failure to comply results in a $300 fine.
- No parties, events, or excessive noise after 10 pm. *Very important if you are planning big parties or get-togethers that will go into the night, this may not be the spot for you. We have very close neighbors here, and quiet time, especially outside, begins sharply at 10 pm, with no exceptions. We must respect the neighbors.
- No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed. Visitors are ok as long as they don’t stay overnight.
- Guests are responsible for damages that occur or extra cleaning costs as a result of their stay.
