The Master Bedroom provides a king size bed that allows you to soak up the views right when you wake up. The Master is cozy and features a flat-screen TV for guest enjoyment and a pullout sofa sleeper. The Master also provides a private pristine full bathroom. 

The Guest Bedroom provides a queen bed and a flat-screen TV for guests to enjoy. The second full bathroom is shared in the hallway.

The kitchen is amazing and has been completely renovated. Featuring stainless steel appliances with granite countertops. This fully stocked kitchen delivers stellar views while cooking your favorite meal.

The condo was clean & well stocked. It being right across the street from beach access was nice. We loved it and would stay here again. Toaster didn’t work but that’s the only issue we had.

Destin Spring Vacation
Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo is located close to the ocean and restaurants along the gulf. Our unit had a fantastic view of the beach. Our unit was clean & well maintained, however both area mats in living and dining room were tripping hazards and couldn’t be removed. The dining room chair and bench were terribly uncomfortable. Other than that the condo was spacious & bright.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The view is spectacular,great food establishments are plentiful.Church services of choice are located off Scenic Drv. Snowbird community affairs and gatheings were enjoyably. The kitchen was amazingly equipped for 8, the linens were limited to 1 dishcoth 1 addition of a griddle pan would be lovely.The closets had a couple hangers many were of broken mentioned to bring your own blankets but were very needed. Bath washcloths were less than desired,nor were enough provided. All in all, definetley will revisit this area and unit again !

December 2022 Stay
My experience for the month of December was beyond my hopes. Extending my stay will undoubtedly be a plus.The Condo was welcoming, clean and spacious. The blue area rag rug in the living area may have been attractive when new, however it is stretched to the point of being a tripping hazard. My only concern, I was never made aware I needed a parking permit.There was plenty of other information in my contract but this was not one of them. I received a threatening warning on my vehicle I would be towed if I did not display a permit,Thank goodness I received one that afternoon from the property management after placing a call to them. They were great help over the phone in my dire need. Also I had a bathroom exhaust fan that didn't work, they quickly sent an electrician to replaced the switch that week. For the kitchen, please add a pizza pan. Found a nice size pizza cutter. A rusted baking sheet pan needs replaced, Many other dishes, stove top pans, baking ware, crockpot too, were exceptional !
