C’est l’une de nos meilleures propriĂ©tĂ©s avec vue, et c’est Ă  quelques pas de la rue principale du centre-ville d’Avalon! Cette maison a Ă©tĂ© entiĂšrement rĂ©novĂ©e et mise Ă  jour. SituĂ© juste en face du port d'Avalon, cette maison d'une chambre est la moitiĂ© supĂ©rieure d'un duplex. Il peut accueillir 4 personnes, avec un lit queen dans la chambre Ă  coucher, ainsi que 2 canapĂ©s-lits dans le salon. La grande terrasse surplombe la baie d’Avalon et le port. La cuisine est bien Ă©quipĂ©e et le salon offre des siĂšges confortables et une table Ă  manger pour les dĂźners Ă  l’intĂ©rieur ou les soirĂ©es de jeux. Il y a 36 marches qui mĂšnent Ă  cette maison, et la vue vaut chacune d’elles. Venez profiter du «nouveau» 718 Crescent! 718CR

The location of this unit affords fabulous views of the harbor and Crescent Street! The only detractor to the location is the very steep hill you must walk up to get to the steps to the unit. I don’t recall reading about that in the listing, and it could be a challenge for some folks. Otherwise, the unit, though compact, is comfortable and the management company was very responsive to messages.

Great location to main street of Avalon - restaurants, shops, activities, and ferry. And a Great View of Avalon from the balcony! The view was wonderful and a highlight of the stay.

This location is amazing, and the views from the deck may be in the top 10 in Avalon. Really short walk to Avalon, the beach, lovers cove, the Ferry docks. The indoor space is small, really small. One bed in a room with no storage space, two pull out couches, so plan on having your luggage in the living room. Really important to keep in mind the Catalina Co.'s quite hours 10 p.m. to 8 a.m. everyone is supposed to be off their decks. So the greatest part of this place cannot be fully utilized 10 hours/day. All that being said, I'd stay there again, for sure.

We truly enjoyed our stay here. The location was perfect, boasting a million-dollar view from the outside patio deck. It was incredibly convenient not having to walk far after getting off the boat, especially since we had our luggage with us. The place was spotless and comfortable, and everything was fully stocked and in working order. I would definitely stay here again.

The location is excellent but the 10 am check out time is an insult. Most rentals are 11 am or 12 pm. For the price they charge per night, the check out time is a huge disappointment.

Best view in all of Avalon!! A small little property very close to downtown. Walk everywhere you go. Wonderful patio to enjoy with friends.

Best Location in Catalina!

A friend told us about this magnificent unit and what an awesome patio and view. It had not to mention the most Premier location to the harbor! Well, I have to say it exceeded my expectations by a longshot as the location is simply amazing and the outdoor patio and deck are exceptional. Jerry & Joy

Great stay in Avalon

This cozy spot has an amazing location. The deck has a great view of the beach and pier. 1 min walk to restaurants and the beach. We’d definitely stay here again.

This is a perfect location for any couple that wants to get away, relax on the patio that oversees the entire city, do a little shopping or find a good place to eat. Best of all, everything is in short walking distance including the ferry. The people that run the place are exceptional and are easily accessible. I highly recommend staying here!

Lovely Postcard views

Beautiful view! My family enjoyed it very much. Adorable art accents to enhance the ocean theme. The patio is relaxing and the kitchen spacious. Great for athletic people who can walk uphill and climb stairs carrying luggage. I wanted my sister to enjoy her 1st visit to Catalina and she definitely did! My daughter loved it as well! Wish we could have stayed longer.

Friends weekend get away

Amazing location for a forever view. limited to zero contact to get help with issues - No TV all weekend (*really just wanted a music channel for sound - no connection) Once arrived we found out we were given a "Starter kit" Be sure that you go shopping for toiletries. one would think paying over $1000. a night you would be provided with the essentials. sheets were filthy and one pull-out bed was loaded with crumbs. lots of stairs to get to the front door - but was a good exercise for us ladies!

Best view of Avalon

Easily accessible, very close to the ferry and main attractions. The deck and views from the living room were absolutely beautiful. However the yelling and screaming from the public basketball court directly under the property was echoing up to the house. Went on until midnight 1st night and 10:30pm the 2nd night.
