Great family vacay

The house was perfect for our family! It was a great landing spot after a busy day of fun Hot Springs activities. The kitchen was well equipped and the home was very clean when we arrived. My kids loved the bunk room! We would definitely book again if we were in Hot Springs!

Great Lake get away

Love the space! Love the light options! Love the layout (like plug-ins)! Very clean for being pet friendly & very satisfied with the outdoor space for our dog (& that it was well-picked-up!). The lake access was perfect :)

Lovely

Family of 8 and corgi. We all had plenty of room and the house was well stocked and maintained. Very clean and beautifully decorated with a modern farmhouse style. My favorite part was the patio with the river view 😍

Family/Friend's Girl Trip

Our group was five women for this trip, everyone agreed that the property was top notch in every aspect. Of all the vacation properties I have enjoyed visiting in the past, this property was by far the cleanest vacation rental I have ever stayed in. Tasteful and stylishly decorated and furnished, lots of cozy throws to wrap up in when sitting outside under the awesome porch. The view of the lake was beautiful, and we got lots of awesome sunset pics.In addition, the location was very convenient to all areas of Hot Springs that we wanted to visit. We were within 15 minutes of downtown, Garman Gardens and Lake Hamilton. There are several golf courses in the area as well.

Wonderful!

This house on Lake Catherine was the perfect place for my husband and I! You could easily fit more people as there is a queen bedroom downstairs, one queen bedroom upstairs and another bedroom upstairs with three twin size beds.This house was very updated and was one of the most efficient rentals we’ve stayed in! There were remotes all over the house for the cooling units, very comfy furniture, great WiFi, and the bathrooms had built in Bluetooth speakers! Our dog had such a great time running and playing in the huge back yard and loved going out to the dock. It was beautiful to catch the sunset out there! This rental is only about 15 minutes from downtown and was close to many hiking trails! Our favorite activity we did was go to the Garvan Woodland Gardens. It was absolutely incredible and isn’t too far from the house! I hope to be able to stay in this rental again next time we come to Hot Springs because it was absolutely perfect! Communicating with the property manager was pleasant and she was quick to respond! The only things that were inconveniences were minor and I didn’t want to reach out and bother the property manager. We had a hard time getting the oven to turn on and a tip sheet would’ve been helpful. The outdoor furniture was pretty dirty too and would’ve been nice to have that cleaned up a bit and I wish they would’ve cut the grass for us since we did bring our dog. It was pretty high and went past our ankles. Overall though we absolutely loved this rental stay!
