What a beautiful and welcoming cottage. The lake was stunning and having a canoe, paddle board, and kayak were an added treat. Hot tub was great for a soak after a nice swim. Thank you for a wonderful week with lots of memories for the family.

We had such a great time at this cottage! It was perfect for a family vacation and had everything we needed to enjoy the lake, cook meals, and just relax together. We loved the hot tub, beautiful sunsets, paddle board and canoe, and it was great that there were plenty of life vests available too. The cottage was well stocked, comfortable, and made it easy to have a fun trip. We’d definitely come back!

This cottage is exactly what the pictures show! It was nice and private and don’t even notice the neighbors. The road leading in is very well maintained for the location and the hosts were great with communication to ensure safe arrival of the guests! 10/10 experience and will definitely recommend this property to friends and family!

Perfect stay by the lake

The property was super clean and had everything we need for a cosy winter stay including a kitchen with all necessary utensils It was down a hilly road so just make sure you’re taking trucks with all wheel drive in the winter if there is heavy snowfall!

Beauty in the Bush !

It was a beautiful location and the cottage was cozy modern. We throughly enjoyed our stay. The hot tub was very relaxing and all the amenities were great. The host was extremely helpful and responsive. We will be back !

Beautiful house on the water

Beautiful, spacious property equipped with everything we needed to have a relaxing and comfortable stay. We appreciated the little thoughtful gestures throughout. The house comes with a stunning view of the lake and a nice hot tub. The hosts provided clear information ahead of and during our stay, and were very responsive and friendly in communication. I would love to return for another stay.

Special place and exceptional management.

Place well distributed with great leaving room view. The hot tub view to the lake is a treat! Everything was well maintained and the communication with the management was great. Very attentive personnel. Looking forward to go back.

Family Day 2024

The cottage was beautiful and just as described. Clean and bright. Both the host and property manager were very responsive to any inquiries we might have had. Lots of room for 2 adult couples. The road in is quite the drive, but was nicely plowed, as was the driveway after every snowfall. Highly recommend! Great stay.

VRBO should not be offering this disgraceful place. The owner clearly does not care about guests — in fact, he couldn’t even be bothered to give us the basic information to get into the property. No phone number. No entry code. We arrived stranded and had to get a neighbour to track down the owner for an entry code. If that neighboor hadn’t been home, we would’ve been stuck.The so-called “entrance” is a joke — no real stairs, just a dangerous, slippery gravel slope leading to the door. It’s a hazard waiting for an accident. Inside, things went from bad to worse: furniture that looks like it came from a garbage dump, mattresses so thin they may as well be yoga mats, a kitchen missing half the basics you’d expect in any rental, a filthy oven, no hand soap in the bathroom, and bathroom rugs so filthy they could walk themselves to the laundry. The “game cupboard” has gaping holes where glass should be, and about 90% of the windows don’t even have coverings. So much for privacy.The outdoor amenities? A complete scam. The fire pit didn’t work. The hot tub — a major reason we booked — was “suddenly” broken, but of course we only learned that moments before we arrived. The TV setup is just as useless — no Netflix, no Prime, no YouTube, not even the most basic channels most people watch. On a 5-star scale, this dump deserves a zero. Stay away.

Sagging sofa that is impossible to sit on.
