A perfect stay

The house as been well renovated and is really well equiped. It was a perfect stay for us.

Host is very responsive and readily available to accomodate any requests. The layout and style of the home was great. Centralized in Vero it made it easy convenient to get to major shopping and other areas. The home is fully stocked with utensils, plateware, appliances and cookware which is a plus. The environment inside the home needs improvement. Just inside the dining room there is an entry door into the garage. Once in the garage there is a cutout into the ceiling which leaves the attic exposed. Where initially in the home there was a musty odor I had come to realize that the main air intake for the whole home is sitting right next to this door. Where this entry door does not have a door sweep the air handler apparently is sucking in all of the attic odor into the whole house. The odor was quite overwhelming in the common areas. Cleanliness of the outdoor furniture was also not to be desired. The cleanliness of the indoor furniture, curtains and even some of the pillows were also not to my liking. The towels were also not the best.

The outdoor amenities were great and the house was very clean! The only thing we had a problem with was the garbage disposal and the wifi connecting to the TV on the last day.

The house was a pictured and had so many essential stay must-haves. The beds and pillows were amazing and unlike any we have experienced at a rental home previously. Wish the back lights worked at night and the outdoor equipment was in a bit better shape but we had a blast.

The house was nice and the host provided plenty of dishes, as well as things like coffee, tea, spices, oils, etc. which was really nice! Screened in porch area was great for dinners. There were a few little issues but the host responded pretty quickly and well, trying to resolve the issues. Would stay again.

Great family rental

Overall an excellent rental. Very clean. Beds were quite comfy. The backyard was a bonus that we used more than we thought we would. Kitchen had everything you’d ever need.

Great experience!

The house was absolutely perfect!Quiet location, few minutes drive to supermarket, stores, restaurants... Beaches were incredible! Warm water, nice soft sands, astonishing sun rise and sun set. Nature is abundant around there.The house is very well equipped, lots of kitchenware, if you needed probably they will have it, plenty amd clean linens, beach chairs, umbrella, coolers. All necessary to make yout trip to the beach easy and relaxing. Nice spacious rooms, very clean and airy. Outdoor was just as comfortable as inside de home! Lots to do or to not.Ethan was our host for the time, he was very attending and quick in responding. Overall, this was a great experience!

We will be back!

The property was perfect for our needs and had every amenity we could ask for. Our son loved the backyard and I enjoyed being able to work from the sunroom while still keeping an eye on everyone. Close proximity to groceries, restaurants, and beaches. So happy that I chose this property.

Successful memorial service and reunion

This was our first VRBO experience. There were two occasions. Our sister's late husband wanted his memorial service to be in Vero Beach. Also, my wife's childhood friend, who has a small vacation home, stayed over to have a reunion with my wife and brother in law. Everything went according to plan, and VRBO house was just as advertised!!

Perfect getaway in Vero Beach

Had a great weekend here - it was thoughtful and well-appointed, and the backyard space was great for gathering. We loved the spacious lanai, the lounge chairs by the pool, the covered grill and table area and off course the mini-putting green!
