The house is amazing very spacious for 22 people. The pool was the perfect size. We had such a blast. Definitely recommend this house if you’re looking for a big house to fit a big family!!

WOW is all I can say. The house is awesome and was clean. There was 12 of us and was spacious enough to where we could have our own space and bathroom. The kids took over entire 3rd floor which was great. The pool was used daily and for hours. The outside was awesome to sit watch the kids and hang out. Golf cart was a plus!!! The host are awesome and any questions was addressed in timely manner. Will be back!!!

The property was just as listed. We were a group of 12 cousins and there was more than enough space for us all. The host (Brie) was very responsive. The golf cart was a bonus as parking in the beach area parking lots were often jammed packed for cars. Would definitely stay here again!

This house was very comfortable and in an amazing gated community. We had perfect space for our extended family and the host was super easy to communicate with. We will be back.

We were a group of 24; 10 of those were under 12; the pool was a hit! The pool area is where we spent most of our time if we were not at the beach! The house is very spacious and every family had their own space to retreat to. The 2 refrigerators are awesome and the ice maker was a big hit! The kitchen is well equipped; there are 2 skillets an 8 and 10 inch- if you plan to cook for a large group definitely bring a larger skillet. Our family came in from across the country and we spent an amazing week together creating the best memories in such a beautiful house! The walk to the beach is long for little ones and elderly; the golf cart makes it very doable. The beds were comfortable; the wi-fi was good; never ran out of hot water.This house was perfect for our family and I would highly recommend.

It is truly a wonderful place to stay. The property is kept up very well and the property manager communicates clearly. The beach access was not far, although we didn’t walk, only drove or took the included low speed vehicle (gold cart) I would highly recommend to anyone needing a large place that can accommodate for many people.

Beautiful property

House was as described in listing. Each bedroom had its own bath, and the upper level shared. The beds were so comfortable, pool was great! Our trip of 16 people was wonderful and we will be back again!

Family get together

Great place to reconnect with family as we are scattered across the country. The en-suite bathrooms with the bedrooms work well for us as we get older. Would stay here again.

Overall the property was great. Owner was quick to respond when we had an issue with the AC. House was nice and perfect size for our group. The only downfall was the distance to the beach access and there were no oven mitts for taking items out of the oven.

Great Family Get-A-Way

This house was perfect for our family! It was minutes from the beach and the use of the golf cart was awesome! Everyone had space to move and their own bedroom with a king bed and bathroom!! We will definitely try to come back here!!!

Sibling reunion

Wonderful home and very responsive hosts! The house was well stocked with dishes and pot's. Plenty of room to spread out and in a lovely quiet subdivision.The golf cart was a plus, would definitely return to Coastline Journey.

The host was extremely fast in responding to our questions. The home was very clean and had ample space for our family. We loved to take daily walks in the neighborhood. The two refrigerators and ice maker were very helpful. Having a private pool was awesome as our little ones thought it was cool to have pool parties! We also appreciated the baby items in the house so that we didn’t have to rent them. The golf cart was an added bonus. A couple things we missed in this house were dressers in the bedrooms. It was a little difficult to manage our clothing and such with very few hangers and no place to put luggage except for the floor. Another item was a door at the top of the third floor so that our little ones (ages 4 and under) sleeping in bunk room had a noise barrier and wouldn’t fall down the stairs. The families with the little ones kept them in their rooms because they didn’t feel it was safe for the kiddos to use the bunk room. We didn’t like the beach access being a further walk away with our elderly folks traveling with us. Very difficult to get them to the beach. Usually no parking for golf cart and too many stairs. It would’ve been nice to have a better description of the beach access and maybe we should’ve asked the question. Overall the location was nice, but just a little too far from beach for us.

Property and Owner Great!

Property was as advertised and very nice in a quiet corner of the area. Everyone had a blast! Aubrey was amazing and communicated with us on every question quickly. He also accommodated us on a few requests. Would recommend this property as a hidden gem in the Destin area if you are on a family vacation.

Family Thanksgiving

Our blended family enjoyed a wonderful Thanksgiving holiday week at this house! Various ones came and left at different times during the week, but our whole crew of 19 was there on Thanksgiving day. The house and heated pool are very nice……there are several chairs around the pool. We could easily park all 5 cars at the house. The golf cart was great for going to the beach and nearby restaurants. We would stay there again for sure.

Amazing Vacation!

Amazing house that has everything you could need and the location is phenomenal. Amenities were extremely well cared for. Easy access to the beach, local restaurants and shops with the included golf cart. Everyone also enjoyed the private pool. We had issues with the washing machine. The owner was extremely responsive. Had a brand new one installed within 24 hours. I would highly recommend! We will be back!

Family Vacation

This was the perfect house for our family vacation! The owners were so easy to work with and were great at communicating in a timely manner! The house has so much room so you never feel overwhelmed like there isn't enough space. I personally feel like the kitchen and bunk room are much larger in person than they appear online which was a huge bonus. The pool and backyard area were awesome to use in the evenings and on cloudy days. Overall the house was clean and the beds were good quality. It was a great location and we loved not having a ton of traffic right outside the house. Would 10/10 recommend this property!
