We enjoyed our stay here for almost 2 weeks. The pool and hot tub were a huge plus! Served as a nice place to relax in between our Florida adventures. Would book again!

We spent 16 nights here. We could not be happier! Great location and lovely peaceful street. Pool heating was included and it made the pool usable every day given the time of year!The owner was super helpful and accommodating. We both would not hesitate to come back again!

After your concerns were brought to our attention, we arranged for both a licensed pest control company and a maintenance professional to inspect the property, and the inspections did not identify evidence of bed bugs or other pests. Big pool

Big pool which was very warm all week and seating area was very nice. The house was great, bigger then the pictures. Nice quiet area. Fully stocked kitchen with every utensil needed and towels lots of towels.

We enjoyed our stay. Very easy to check in and house was great. Very spacious rooms. House was for sale and it was a bit awkward at first but we got used to seeing the sign in the yard

Fantastic experience from check-in to check-out. The house was exactly as listed, and the heated pool was amazing! Sunrise coffees in the morning to the shaded naps by the pool in the afternoon made for a relaxing, stress-free stay. There was only one problem: one day, the hot tub stopped working, so I texted Fred. It was fixed and back up and running in a couple of hours! Walking distance to Highlands Reserve Golf Club and a quiet, pretty neighbourhood that had everything needed close by! If we had one complaint, it would be that we had to go home too soon! ;-)

Great place

The place was great. We really enjoyed the pool and hot tub. It was great not to have any neighbors behind us.A couple of minor suggestions. 1) Patio chairs are uncomfortable. Would recommend getting new chairs. 2) It would have been great if the host provided at least one extra roll of Toliet paper and had a box of tissues. We bought some at the Doller store, but it would have been nice not to have to do that.

Generally good

House is as advertised, nice and spacious. Good outside area. However…Wrong accescode given in email so we couldn’t enter at 11:30 pmPool was not heated upon arrival although poolheating is included according to the website. Matrass master bedroom is worn and needs to be replaced.Caretaker Fred was vey helpful to solve the problems.

Would not rent again

The hot tub was not working when my husband arrived they fixed it next day! Pool was clean house was clean dirty oven house filled with smoke not our best stay as we stay often in rental houseno refund wasnt asking for one husband ledt a day early! Speaking with the evole rental company all he kept repeating was to me was no refunds

Our technician adjusted the settings the next morning to improve performance- We’re sorry the oven caused smoke—we didn’t find any mechanical issues, but will continue to monitor it to make sure it’s ready for future guests- We appreciated your note about the home and pool being clean, as our team puts in a lot of effort to maintain high standardsThanks for taking the time to leave your review.
