So close to the beach!

The house is an adorable beach cottage, clean, organized, very relaxing and in a quiet neighborhood. A short drive from Navarre beach.

Wonderful home!

What a great place to stay in Navarre! The home is well decorated and nicely appointed. It has all of the comforts needed for a getaway. The owner has made it easy to access the home. The only problem was that we could not stay long enough!

Edwards October Getaway

We found this property to be very beautiful and clean. The decor was very up to date and relaxing. The neighborhood was very quiet. The location was excellent, only minutes from the beach or bay. The beach choices were numerous and fantastic. The local food choices were abundant and delightful. The hostess went above and beyond to meet our needs. We will definitely be returning. I highly recommend this property.

Exterior

The yard need the grass cut and trimmed. The screened in patio had holes in the screens. The fenced in back yard had the fence panels busted and falling down or were already on the ground. Inside of house was clean and nice.

We followed up with the owner, who would like to share the following:- The lawn is on a regular maintenance schedule, but they’ll revisit the timing to ensure it stays well-kept between visits.- They’re aware of minor wear in the screened patio and backyard fencing; repairs are planned, though access is limited due to a fully booked calendar.We appreciate your feedback and hope to welcome you again in the future. Satisfactory

The cabinets were well organized and labeled. There were enough toilet paper, paper towel, and soap to get us started. The space felt roomy and comfortable. 2 of the beds were pillow top comfortable, the master bed felt a little too firm for our taste but some may like that. The checkout procedure was clearly stated and posted in the fridge. The only thing we were unclear on was trash day. We decided to set it out Tuesday night since everyone else in the neighborhood was also. Both bins were extremely full. One was too full with trash and water to budge so we had to leave it. Left a note for the cleaning crew so hopefully that was taken care of. We were unable to get the fire pit on the back porch started but it was still a nice comfortable place to relax. The video camera for the front porch was motion detected and repeated “hello, welcome” constantly every time we were loading and the van. That was slightly annoying. Overall, we enjoyed our stay. We were about 10-12 minutes drive time to the beach and there is a gas station and pizza place close by. The neighborhood was quiet.
