Aleksander, Thank you for your comments . Our property is professionally cleaned by a staff of 3 ,from bathrooms,kitchens ,interior and exterior and at the completion detailed photos are provided to verify the cleaning service . From your initial arrival you advised that the towels were not acceptable and you would not be using them . As I commented at the time , all of the linen including towels had just been replaced and was brand new . If you found any other aspect of the cleaning not acceptable you did not mention this in our last communication. As stated we only use a professional cleaning company who I believe do a very good job and I have not had any comments about the standard of cleaning from previous guests. We do endeavour to ensure our holiday home is maintained to the highest standard. best regards Craig and Amanda

We found Michael to be quite demanding, initially he wanted us to provide keys to all screen doors . We have new digital entrance door locking and all screen doors can be locked. With regards to cleaning he complained of a small spider web on the outside of one of windows , that a frypan still had an oily residue and there was a mark on the vegetable crisper on one of the fridges . Our property is professionally cleaned with photos on each stay and all linen etc have just been renewed which we do every 6 months . We endeavour to meet the highest standards .

Brian is a disgruntled customer because on the day before arriving he called me and wanted a full refund as the weather report stated that it would be raining . Unfortunately I can not guarantee the weather and I declined this request .So was expecting an unfavourable comment from Brian. In dealing with Brians comments in detail , a. front door lock - This door is fitted with the state of art electronic smart lock . Previous guests have also actuated the key locks located on the bottom of the door locking themselves out . To solve this issue the bottom key lock is taped over so that it can not be actuated . b. The fridge complaint- we have two modern fridges installed side by side . During the busy christmas period families have requested additional space .so I installed an additional fridge . This second fridge is not in use during the winter months and a note is placed upon the fridge. Both fridges are near new and the second fridge is not currently turned on until summer. Bed Linen- Professional Cleaners wash all linen and make the beds ready for the next guest . The sheets and pillowcases are not ironed as all linen is washed and dryed on site . Air Conditioners - villa is fitted with two air conditioners - one in the main bedroom and one larger unit in the lounge dining area . Both near new and in very good condition and have received no complaints from any guest .This guest comments are unjustified and a result of me not approving their cancellation less than 24hrs bef

The pool area is being refurbished at present with a major new development happening .We miss it too , glad all our beautiful beaches are only 5 mins away and the Olympic swimming pools are also 5mins away for any serious swimming training . These comments are very disappointing as I stayed there the week before and the cleaning standard was excellent as rated by all other guests. We have never seen silverfish in the 10 years Our cleaner has just commenced and this may have been a problem but we have photos of every room following each clean. We will attend to any issue immediately and I will discuss these matters with our cleaner and have them rectified as soon as possible. I also note that Frederick would never reply to any of my welcome calls or emails . I have just contacted our current guests who arrived the next day after Frederick and they have no concerns and are very happy with the very good condition of the cleaning.

Hello Bill The villa was professionally cleaned as usual and I am surprised regarding the cleanliness complaint This will be investigated with the cleaner There is no gas bottle due to previous problems with other guests a new electric grill has been provided .This was explained to Bill Also Bill complained that the front screen door did not close properly .This has never been a problem and I asked a neighbour to visit during the week and check .This inspection occurred and the screen door was locking. As regards the appointment of the kitchen ,all equipment and fit out is of a high standard and clearly detailed in the many photos There are two bathrooms a main bathroom and a smaller second bathroom both clearly shown in the villa photos I am not aware of any breakages and this not reported by the cleaner prior to this visit In the conversations I had with Bill ,I found him to very demanding ,aggressive and very unpleasant to deal with My wife and I try very hard to ensure our guests have an enjoyable holiday in a very special and unique location Hosts Craig and Amanda

I am not sure what to comment for Marks stay with his 3 golf friends . Mark stayed for 3 nights and I provided him with a 30% winter discount and only paid for two nights .. I had contacted Mark several times to check on his stay and if there was anything else he needed or for information. I saw that they played golf everyday and the course was in great condition. then in the guest comments on their stay is a 1 * with no explanation of anything that was unsatisfactory. the villa was in perfect condition prior to their stay with our cleaning team providing a full photo record. I would like to contact Mark and obtain any details to ascertain why he had made this rating but have had no response. yours sincerely Craig and Amanda Hosts
