This 3rd floor loft delivers two things that are genuinely hard to find together: skyline views and a quiet building. The Denver skyline fills the floor-to-ceiling windows, and the LEED Platinum construction means the building stays quiet enough to actually notice.
THE SPACE:
Modern 1BR/1BA with floor-to-ceiling windows framing the Denver skyline. King bed in the bedroom, twin rollaway beds available upon request -- sleeps 4 total. Full kitchen with premium appliances and everything you need. In-unit washer/dryer, high-speed WiFi, Smart TV. Baby gear available on request (playpen, high chair).
DOG-FRIENDLY:
Up to 2 dogs welcome with $75 pet fee. Sloan's Lake is a 15-minute walk. No cats permitted.
PARKING:
Garage parking available ($25/night add-on) or free street parking.
