At 1,720 square feet, this stunning single-story stucco façade home has four bedrooms and three full baths, with one for the four bedrooms having a direct link to your own personal pool befitting for an afternoon barbecue with the family. This newly remodeled home has stainless steel appliances including electric range suitable for cooking multiple meals at a time, side-by-side refrigerator to store leftovers and cold drinks, microwave, dishwasher, garbage disposal, washer, and dryer just to name a few. The dining room and living room open floor plan is a perfect layout to enjoy the company of your family and friends. This spectacular home has been central air conditioning and heating. Brand new quartz countertops have been installed to complete that home away from home feel. Did we forget to mention that you will have your own, game room with a pool table, great for keeping the kids occupied? The driveway can easily fit 2 vehicles, and a screened in porch overlooking the pool so you can enjoy your morning coffee.

No Party Policy: It is our strict policy to forbid any parties/raves at the property. Since this is a residential area, high noise levels are restricted from 10pm-7am. We would appreciate that you respect the house and environment in which you choose to stay in.

No Smoking Policy: Please be aware that any form of smoking may activate the house smoke alarm and any tampering with our fire detector will incur a fine. Should we believe that the guests have been smoking / vaping in bedrooms, balcony, patio or any part of the house, a smoking fine will be charged for deep cleaning.

No Pet Policy: Although we love animals, we do have a strict "NO PET POLICY" to maintain the cleanliness of the house. You are subject to be charged an extra fee for non-compliance.

IMPORTANT TO KNOW:
** Pool heating is NOT included in the rental unless specified in your rate. Please contact us to get a quote. You can still use the pool without heating, of course. ** Only the guests who have been registered are allowed to stay in the property. *** Pool heaters are set to 86 prior to your arrival. The reached temperature will depend on the weather. Pool heaters run 12 hours during the day. No refund or compensation will be given if the pool heater does not work unless the guests paid for the heating of the pool and it is proven that there was a technical issue that created an inconvenience. The refund or compensation will never exceed the amount paid by the guest for the heating of the pool.
** This property is self-catering. A small starter kit is provided for your arrival, including 3 dishwasher tablets, 2 trash bags, 1 new sponge, 1 kitchen paper towel, 1 starter soap per bathroom, and 1 roll of toilet paper per toilet. Guests are responsible for purchasing additional supplies as needed during their stay.

What to Expect Before Check-in

Just like when you check in at a hotel, Florida law (Florida Statutes, Chapter 509.101(2)) requires a quick guest registration before your stay. We’ve made this process fully digital so it’s simple and secure, while also protecting both you and us from the scams that unfortunately occur in the Orlando area.

Here’s how it works:

After booking, you’ll receive a short online form to complete.

You’ll be asked to upload a photo of your ID and a selfie holding the ID to confirm your reservation.

For added security, we’ll also request a photo of the card used for the booking and a selfie holding the card—similar to how hotels verify your ID and credit card at check-in.

Once everything is verified, we’ll provide your digital door code so you can go straight to your vacation home.

Please note: at least one guest must be 21 years or older and present during the stay.

Important: If registration is not fully completed as described above, guests will not be granted access to the property and no refund will be issued. In such cases, the reservation is considered a no-show.

Important House Rules

No smoking and no pets are permitted inside any of our properties.

Homes are for vacation use only and may not be used as a permanent residence.

Maintenance or pest control visits may be scheduled during your stay; our team reserves the right to access the property if needed.

Security Deposit

$500 for stays up to 28 nights.
$1,000 for stays of 29 nights or more.

The security deposit is charged to your credit card and refunded after check-out once our cleaning and inspection team confirms there are no issues. Please allow 7–14 days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or credit card provider.

Pool Heating (Optional)

Available upon request for $35 + tax per day (7-day minimum).

For same-week requests, a $50 service activation fee applies.

Heating runs daily from 8 AM to 8 PM, with temperatures subject to weather conditions.

Cancellation Policy

By booking this property, you agree to the cancellation policy listed on the booking site.

A 5% processing fee applies to all cancellations (deducted from the amount already paid).

Please note: Failure to complete the registration process (as outlined in the check-in requirements) will result in denial of access to the property and no refund will be issued. This will be considered a no-show.

We highly recommend travel insurance for added peace of mind.

Lovely stay

The property was just as advertised, spotlessly clean and beautifully decorated. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and will definitely rebook when planning our next stay in Orlando.

This is a nice property with good potential, but unfortunately our stay was affected by several significant issues that were not addressed by the management company.We had no pool heating for the entire duration of our stay, despite being assured this would be resolved. In addition, there was no hot water in the kitchen and only limited hot water available for showers. We also experienced an uncontrollable ant infestation throughout all rooms of the property, which was very unpleasant.The games room was unusable due to damaged equipment, and we were not given access to the fourth bedroom as advertised. Several blinds throughout the property did not function properly either.Overall, while the property itself could be very nice, these issues significantly impacted our experience and appeared to be ongoing problems rather than isolated incidents. Unfortunately, they were not adequately addressed during our stay.

As part of our follow-up and further investigation, we have initiated a refund for the pool heat that was paid. The concerns raised have been reviewed with our maintenance and management teams, and the necessary actions have been taken. This situation was an isolated occurrence and does not reflect the standard experience our guests typically have at this property. We remain committed to maintaining the home and ensuring a smooth stay for future guests.

Property decent , management company not so much

The property itself is nice enough good sizeNeeds a bit of tic us games room .. no darts .. pool table on a slant and pockets that just fall out , net that doesn’t work for ping pong etc however it’s decent and kids enjoyed The downside was returning home The keeping of deposit got 3 minuscule marks on bedding from popping where shoes rubbed Told was significant asked for a pic the pictures had to zoom in it was the tiny 2 dots and a smudge little nail size then proceeded to tell me it wouldn’t wash (I was more than that daily out my kids school tops!) then said a bed sheet cost 50 but won’t produce the receipt for it and 2 week on stil havnt returned any deposit!
