Off season Oct-April $225/weekday $250/weekend night, min 2-night rental

High season May, June, July & August $400/night, minimum 5-night rental

Long Weekend $300/night, minimum 3-night rental

Remembrance Day/Christmas/New Years - $350/night, minimum 3 night

$750 damage/cleaning deposit (refundable within 1 week)
Pump out fee $125.

Pet Fee: $75/pet If applicable

Rates are for 6 Adults. Additional adults, add $40/occupant/night.
