IMPORTANT! NOTEZ S'IL VOUS PLAÎT:
• De mi-juin à mi-août cette maison se loue du dimanche au dimanche
• Noël / Nouvel An - nous n’acceptons les réservations qui bloquent les deux jours fériés, sauf s’ils durent 10 jours ou plus. Des exceptions peuvent être faites dans les 30 jours.

Cette belle maison a été récemment rénovée et jouit d'une vue incroyable sur toute la côte. La chambre 3, 2 et un demi-bain a une grande disposition qui profite de la vue depuis presque toutes les chambres. Cette maison est l'endroit idéal pour profiter du temps avec vos amis et votre famille.

Caractéristiques de la maison:
• La chambre principale dispose d'un lit king-size, d'un balcon privé et d'une baignoire attenante
• Master bain avec une belle étape dans la douche et un balcon privé.
• Deuxième chambre a un lit queen et bénéficie également de superbes vues sur l'océan.
• S'il vous plaît noter que la deuxième chambre est lobée sur le salon et a une fenêtre alcôve ouverte (pas de verre) qui donne sur le salon et les zones en bas
• La troisième chambre a un grand lit superposé avec 2 lits queen.
• Veuillez noter que les deuxième et troisième chambres partagent un puits de lumière et qu'il y a un petit espace en haut du mur entre les deux chambres. Elles ne sont pas insonorisées.
• Salle de bain complète avec une combinaison douche / baignoire dans le couloir à l’étage partagé par les 2 chambres.
• Salon avec télévision à écran plat, lecteur DVD, et les meilleures vues de toute la maison dans la région.

The place was very clean, easy access and off street parking. We enjoyed the view of the ocean and it was close to restaurants and the beach. The drive to the house was steep with sharp turns and could be a problem with rain. One of the bedrooms is open to the living room so it is limited privacy. Otherwise we recommend it.

Nice place

The house is very much as listed. Plenty of space and comfortable beds. There is a ton of natural light so don’t plan on sleeping in! lol. We had 2 issues. One pretty major. We arrived at 5pm on check in day only to find the house was not cleaned. They missed it. I called the after hours number and a manager called me back promptly. We had been travelling all day from across the country so I didn’t really want to leave. The cleaning crew came within 20 min and got everything ready. They did a great job. The manager offered compensation for dinner out that night but we just wanted to stay in. She said she would call back in the am and discuss compensation. She did not. I received a refund to my Vrbo account. Definitely less than I was hoping for. I asked for at least half of a nights stay as finding a rental dirty was quite stressful and frustrating. She said the Tuesday nightly rate was much lower than the other nights, hence the small amount of refund. Needless to say I am not happy with the way it was handled. While I’m sure this doesn’t happen often, I do always hope people will follow through with their word, and she did not. Second issue was ants in the kitchen-could leave no food out. Nice place to stay, but beware it is a rental company so service just isn’t that great. Also—there are A LOT of stairs. Not a problem for us but I could see that being an issue for others.

Beautiful views! BBQ grill only had one burner working so not very happy with cooking on grill especially when that was one of the top needs in my search. Beds were uncomfortable and the carpet in bedroom is dangerous. Needs stretching or replacing. Kitchen pans all had scratches where coating is peeling. Dangerous to cook on, should be thrown away. Door screen in kitchen busted around lock area and did not lock. Other screen door on upper levels were off the tracks and the master one doesn’t lock. Previous leak in ceiling of foyer. Property inside was clean and inviting. Had a great time in Morro Bay and couldn’t get enough of the fabulous views from the home!!!

Lovely home overlooking the ocean.

Beautiful view, convenient location, quiet neighborhood yet you can still hear the waves. All the amenities you need for a weekend or week stay. Highly recommend!!

Winter beach/bike vacation

We enjoyed the quiet neighborhood and and stunning views from the house. Having a garage available made it easy for us to bring our bikes. The kitchen was well equipped and the living room was really cozy. We stayed in the master bedroom and found it comfortable. We would recommend this property to friends and will be glad to return!

If you’re looking for a great view this is a good spot. Downsides the beds are so uncomfortable one of us had to sleep on the couch (like concrete) Be prepared for stairs!

Very Happy

Lovely house for a five day reunion with three sisters in beautiful Morro Bay. The house had more than enough space for the three of us with comfy beds, large family space and a well-appointed kitchen. There was a nice fire pit which we didn’t use and a large garage for our car. It is a quick drive away from the wharf area where there is plenty of shopping and restaurants. Just be aware it is a three-story home so lots of stairs.

Incredible views

The complaint we had the bed in the master bedroom was terrible. The carpet upstairs in the master had stains on it and need to be replaced. The house was incredible and the views were just breathtaking.

Chill landing spot

The house was an extremely comfortable way to end our day out and about in the sun. The family room with large bay window was a favorite spot for us to veg out as a family and enjoy the view. Easy access to local sites as well as a nearby well-stocked grocery. Would definitely enjoy again!

Stunning View!

Then home was beautiful and had the stunning view we wanted. You are way up on the side of the hill, so unless you like to walk up and down steep hills you are not walking anywhere from this home. As seen in the photos there are A LOT of stairs to access this home that is spread over 5 levels. It was fine for our group but just something to be aware of. I would definitely stay at this home again. Beds were comfortable and it was in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood.

Great Views

Great Place

This is a cool, multi-level home (yes, there are a lot of stairs) in a very quiet neighborhood with a wonderful view! The location is perfect for getting up and down the coast. The home is well stocked with quality linens, towels, dishes and appliances. The furniture is eclectic, casual and not exactly as pictured in the listing but overall very comfortable. We thought the beds could use a little upgrading however. All in all we really enjoyed our stay and would recommend it!
