Dirty!

Sticky floors and counter top, and carpets were in desperate need of a clean. Felt like the cleaners had spent about 10 seconds going through it. Also most of the beds had no top sheet and no mattress cover, so we had to sleep directly under the bedspread, which was disgusting. Wouldn’t stay here again!!

A few maintenance items can be improved such as: keeping the bath tub curtains clean, maintaining the pool without debris and with the appropriate treatment, providing the right soap for the dishwasher, as those commercially available are not compatible with the specific model at the property and providing carpets for the door entry and bathrooms to collect dripping water from the pool users or after taking a shower. It would be useful to have more specific guidance with regards to the operation of the main gate and on how to access the house for the first time. The kitchen was in good conditions and clean when we arrived. It was nice to have access to digital games, video games and table games at the house. The bathroom tubs were clogged. Both of the twin size beds had yellow colored stains, it may be better to put plastic covers on them. Overall, we had a good experience and enjoyed our stay at this property very much.

Disappointed

The rental property - The photos of the property were accurate; however, the property is in need of a deep cleaning and refresh. The carpets were worn and dirty, base boards were dirty, and the kitchen floor was sticky. The blinds that covered the doors leading to the pool were missing several slats, so people could see into the townhouse from the street. The water pressure in all showers was terrible. Upon arrival to the townhouse, the patio sliding doors were unlocked and there was garbage piled up outside of the screened patio. The garbage was never picked up and a few days later, someone from a neighboring property left more fowl-smelling garbage. It was pretty gross... The people staying on the other side of the property were rude and kept using our allotted parking space. The property had an overall feel of grunginess. To be fair, the property manager did offer to send a maintenance person to check on the water pressure, but we were visiting theme parks and didn't want to wait around for a maintenance person to show up. The Windsor Westside Neighborhood/Resort - We rented another townhouse in this "resort" three years ago and had a great stay. The resort has declined a lot in the last three years. Numerous properties had garbage either sitting on the street or piled behind the property. The keypad at the entry gate was not working, so people would wait for someone to leave and then drive through the exit gate. A lot of units had cars parked illegally (blocking driveways or sidewalks). It felt less like a resort and more like I rented a townhouse in a random neighborhood.

Nice property - exactly as described in the pics/description. Smooth check-in process. Property manager was very attentive. Had a couple minor maintenance issues that were addressed the very next day. I've seen a couple of reviews that say the water pressure in the master bath was terrible...we didn't experience that at all...we thought the pressure was about average. Everything was great...we would totally stay at this property again. I'd recommend to any family looking for a nicely appointed townhouse close to Disney.

Good property, could be better

The property is fine. Home is as described. Upstairs master bath shower is basically unusable. Worst water pressure I have ever experienced. On two separate nights we were woken up by a dying fire alarm battery. Had to completely remove them from the ceiling to get them to stop. I also found it frustrating that the pool was serviced in the middle of our stay and because of water being added the heated pool we paid for was no more for 2 days until the temp reached warm again. I would have appreciated gate instruction in the email with our check in instruction. I would have also appreciated a house manual and check out instruction.

Great stay

Overall, we enjoyed our stay. The place was exceptionally clean, roomy, with great features. We loved the pool that connected to the villa. And the lazy river and community splash pad area was nice for the kids. I would not say that the resort was 8 minutes from Disney, more like 15-18 minutes depending on which park you were visiting. The villa is minimally stocked with necessities, which is told to you upon receiving your confirmation. We were a little lost coming in, there were several entrances to the resort. Calling the maintenance line was not much help, but we eventually figured it out. Also - the lock box which held the key did get jammed, but we discovered that you just need to push the bottom up a bit and it would work. You will need to park and enter the villa through the backside since there is not a car entrance on the front side. I agree that the water pressure in the master bathroom was quite weak. Which was unfortunate. The community area closed at 7:30pm during our time here. Despite a few minor complications, I would still return here again. This is great place for families or a group visiting the Orlando area.

Will definitely be back!

We had an awesome time! I have been to Florida/Disney at least 10 times and this was my favorite place we’ve stayed at. There was so much room and everything was beautiful! The kitchen had everything you would need and we especially loved the big island where we all ate. The pool, lazy river and slides were awesome too. Our only complaint was that the pool closed around 5:30 every day as my kids never wanted to leave. Overall, it was a great vacation and we can’t wait to come back! Thank you!

Rest and Relaxation, Simply Beautiful!

This property did not disappoint me at all. This was my first time here and I promise you that it won’t be my last! I just loved the beautifully decorated homes and townhomes, the community vibe, the amenities that was offered, and just a beautiful atmosphere all in one. My son is battling lung cancer and my family and I decided to spend Thanksgiving somewhere to getaway from it all. I live in South Carolina but my family in Florida has visited a few times and told me that they had the perfect spot and boy were they absolutely correct! Now we are planning our Family Reunion and we’re looking forward to booking real soon! Thank you for making our Thanksgiving vacation a memorable one!

It was a very nice place I only have 2 complaints the master bathroom shower water took forever to get hot but there was two other bathrooms to shower in so it wasn't a big deal the other thing was they didn't have a sweeper for me to sweep the carpet

My family enjoyed staying in your home This property was spacious up to date and every need was met. The cleanliness and comfort was top. Definitely recommend staying here again if visiting the Orlando area.

Enjoyed our stay! Easy drive to Walt Disney World!

This was the perfect vacation home location in a great community! It was an easy 15 minutes drive to each of the Walt Disney World Parks. The home was clean and the perfect size for our family’s stay. The down side to this property was getting ahold of the property management company. The shower pressure in the master shower was nearly nonexistent and we had a very difficult time getting a hold of property management to try to resolve this or just simply make them aware. Overall, I would recommend this property to other family’s who are looking to vacation in Orlando!

Great Place

The townhome was just right for our family of 4 adults and 2 girls. Nice furniture, nice towels and comfortable beds which is a must after spending a day at Disney! We had one day we did not go to Disney so we went to the community pool and the girls love It. . It was heated which made it very comfortable as it was a little cool outside. The only thing I would add to this place is more silverware.

Beautiful home away from home experience!

The property was tastefully decorated, and my whole family felt immediately at home. We could easily relax in our own pool or enjoy the lazy river and splash pad minutes away. And best of all the price was reasonable in comparison to other similar property's! Thank you for an amazing stay! We hope to be back someday :)
