Location was fantastic-we could walk to shops, food and the beach. The apartment was spacious and very comfortable-loved every minute!

The property was wonderful, clean, the beds were comfy and the location was excellent. Two reasons for my 4 star ranking - firstly one of the windows in the ensuite didn't seal properly, letting a stream of chilly night air in constantly. And, had I known I'd be woken at 6.30am everyday by the hammering of a screw pile driver in the construction block next door, I'd have booked elsewhere.

We’re sorry to hear that the ensuite window was allowing some chilly air into the apartment. We’ll have this checked to ensure the window is sealing correctly. Regarding the construction noise, we certainly understand how disruptive early-morning construction can be, particularly when you’re on holiday. The neighbouring construction is noted in the listing, although we appreciate that this does not necessarily prepare guests for the level of noise on any particular day. Unfortunately, construction activity is outside of our control, but we do our best to be transparent about it in the listing so guests can take this into consideration when booking. Thank you again for your feedback. We’re pleased that overall you enjoyed the property and its location, and we hope we’ll have the opportunity to welcome you back in the future.

Great location close to beach and pacific fair shopping mall. I travelled with my elderly parents who could walk to both.View of the beach amazing. Beds comfy and spacious apartment I would book again.

The apartment was exactly what we we after. It was clean and had everything that you needed for our stay. The host was easy to contact. Would difantly stay here again. Walking distance to Parafic Fair and the beach. Was perfect!

We rented this place for the duration of Blues on Broadbeach. The location was fantastic and gave easy access to the festival and also the beach, Pacific Fair shopping centre, the Star Casino (if you like donating money). Park your car until checkout! The heated pool, spa,sauna and steam rooms were a great way to chill out after cruising the festival's smorgasbord of artists. The apartment is spacious, very clean with all the home comforts and some thoughtful extras. Loved the bath too. I hope to be back next year.

Gold Coast dream getaway

We stayed in this beautiful property for a week. It lived up to it photos and more. It was clean, it had everything and more than we expected AND with a fabulous view and location. And Steve is absolutely amazing to deal with, nothing is a drama, made our stay wonderful, thank you. Would highly recommend staying.
