When you contacted our office, you advised that the doona cover was not clean, and no further specific details were provided at that time. Our team arranged for the cleaner to attend the property promptly to address this, which we understand was resolved during your stay. Had more detailed information been provided during the initial call, we would have ensured the cleaner attended fully prepared with replacement items, including a new doona insert if required. No additional concerns regarding cleanliness were raised with our office during your stay. As always, we strongly encourage guests to report any issues as soon as possible so they can be promptly rectified—our team and cleaners are always available to attend and resolve matters quickly when given the opportunity. For your reassurance, the property has recently undergone a thorough spring clean, and we continue to monitor and maintain our cleaning standards closely.
