Tequila Sunrise Beachfront Cottage sur le lac Huron

Chalet saisonnier rustique et confortable sur 100 pieds de plage de sable fin. Le chalet est situĂ© sur une petite baie sur le lac Huron avec vue sur l'Ăźle. L'eau est peu profonde vers le rivage et s'approfondit vers l'embouchure de la baie. Ce chalet de 788 pieds carrĂ©s comprend deux chambres, une salle de bain et un canapĂ©-lit. Toutes les nouvelles fenĂȘtres, portes et portes-fenĂȘtres installĂ©es Ă  l'hiver 2019. Il est parfait pour une escapade en couple ou en petite famille.

Le grand porche couvert fait face au lac Huron pour des levers de soleil Ă  couper le souffle, des levers de lune et se prĂ©lasser pendant la journĂ©e en regardant les enfants jouer sur la plage. Terrain de basket, fers Ă  cheval et filet de beach-volley / badminton sont prĂȘts pour le plaisir hors de l'eau. Un conteneur de jouets de plage est sur le porche pour que les enfants creusent et jouent dans le sable. Hamac sur la plage est pour se dĂ©tendre et faire la sieste.

Vous pouvez cuisiner vos repas directement sur la plage dans le foyer, sur la cuisiniĂšre de la cuisine ou sur le gril Ă  gaz de taille standard fourni derriĂšre le chalet. DĂźnez dehors Ă  la table de pique-nique sur la plage ou sur les chaises et les tables d'appoint sur le porche couvert. Le chalet est Ă  moins de 10 miles du centre-ville d'Alpena pour le shopping, les restaurants, les dĂ©gustations de vins, le port de plaisance, la pĂȘche charter, les excursions en bateau Ă  fond de verre et l'exploration du musĂ©e maritime de la NOAA.

This property was amazing! Our family of Fore stayed for a long four-day weekend with our Great Dane. The location is directly on Lake Huron with a beautiful view and lots of space to run, play and walk on the beach!The beds were very comfy. The kitchen was fully stocked to prepare meals. The WiFi had great connectivity. We already want to go back again!!

We really enjoyed our stay at this cute cabin on Lake Huron. The pictures don't do it justice. Quiet area on the lake yet close to Alpena, nature preserves and state parks. The sunrises and moonrises were spectacular, and we were able to see freighters on the lake. Water is clean, clear and shallow close to shore. The bay was perfect for kayaking. Cabin was clean and had everything we needed. Host was very responsive. We had a wonderful, relaxing stay at the cabin and would highly recommend it to others!

Breathtaking from the moment you pull in the driveway! Sand, sun and our beautiful great lake huron! Home is small but well maintained. Very pretty wood throughout with beautiful carvings on the doors. Couldn't ask for more

This was our second visit to this wonderful home, if you’re looking for a beautiful house with a stunning beachfront this is the place for you. The most relaxing place to enjoy the outdoors, play games and have bonfires.

What a wonderful house and couldn't be a more perfect beach location! Beautiful home and lots of character and charm. Located on the BEACH is actually on the BEACH!! Beach fire pit was one of our favorite spot every night for fires and hanging out. And the beach is white soft sand and the water is crystal clear! Will be definitely staying here again!

Nice clean place on a big sandy beach in a cove. Great views of the water from the small but nice and comfortable cottage. Feels like you are in the middle of nowhere, very peaceful, but only about 15 minutes from the town of Alpena.You will most likely not have cell service there. We had none with Verizon and AT&T. That being said, make sure you have written down the check in instructions and door code prior to getting there!If you have a small child, a pack n play will not fit in the bedrooms.Would definitely recommend!

Our family of 5 (three adult children) and small dog stayed 4 nights and had a wonderful time. The layout of the cabin utilizes the space very well and it was nicely remodeled. The beachfront covered porch is a great place for morning coffee and afternoon shade. We chartered a fishing boat in Presque Isle and caught many lake trout, as well as toured the light house there. That was our only excursion, We mostly stayed at the cabin and enjoyed the water during the day and campfires at night. Would definitely go back!

I was glad to have my windsurfer as there were a couple of breezy days for sailing. Although, a warning for board sailors, there are many large boulders along the coast in this area, 
 unfortunately, I broke a fin on one of them! .

Location was amazing! House was small but accommadated our family of 4 just fine. House is updated inside and very nice. SAND! The sand was impossible to keep out of the house and we tried! It was fine though we swept the floors each day and wasnt horrible. You are right on the beach afterall. Plenty of fire wood. The kayaks and paddle boards were used and in good shape. Life jackets provided was nice. Wouls highly recommend this place and would love to stay here again. Only negative was no washer/dryer on site. Not advertised with one I just over looked that as we usually pack a little lighter and wash our stuff

We had a wonderful time! The beach and water is perfect. The area was quiet and very relaxing. We enjoyed the paddleboards, kayaks and volleyball. Sunsets were breathtaking. The property was fully remodeled and was very clean. I would highly recommend staying here.

Very relaxing

My 18, 24, and 25 year old chikdren and I stayed for a week. The water was so clear, it was incredible! It was also only 3 feet deep for the first 30 feet past shore. The slow incline into deeper water is perfect for families with younger kids. Everything we needed to relax and have fun was already there; 2 kayaks, 3 paddle boards, net set up on beach for volleyball and badminton, basketball hoop, fire pit, BBQ grill, board games, etc. They even have all you would need for little kids to play on the beach and build sand castles. The weather was great and the water was warm. We all had a wonderful time.

Alpen trip with the fam

This beach house was just what my family and dogs needed to relax and spend some much needed time together,the kayaks and paddle boards were great!!! The beach firepit with cook over fire grill was super cool too the burgers turned out perfect.

Unforgettable family fun on Lake Huron

Best vacation yet! This beautiful, well-maintained slice of heaven on the quiet shores of Lake Huron was absolutely perfect. My husband, 6-year-old, our pups, and I are avid travelers, always looking for that ideal spot with activities we all enjoy, and this was it! The home was spotless and had everything we could possibly need provided. The view and access to the private stretch of beachfront was simply magical. We spent every day, all day, enjoying the water, playing all sorts of sports, kayaking and paddleboarding along the coast, walking the beautiful beach, and sitting by the campfire toasting marshmallows. The hosts are awesome to work with and were so kind and accommodating. You couldn't ask for a better vacation. We can't wait to come back!

10/10 on the beach

This was a long weekend girls trip. We had a great stay! House location and view is 10/10. The house is really nicely decorated on the inside with everything you could think of needing. Loved being able to have my dog she had the time of her life playing in the water. Owners thought of a lot of extras. We really enjoyed playing on the beach. Only downside was the flies, we forgot about them attacking in June lol.

Delightful Fall break

We have been wanting to visit Alpena. The house was the perfect hideaway from downtown. Super clean and great beach. Beautiful sunrises on the water, looked no different from Miami Beach. Close to Rockport State Rec. area for fossil hunting. Endless outdoor activities, and our timing let us see the salmon running in Thunderbay river. We will be back.

Amazing Cottage

Great location, clean home, good communication. Spent a week at this amazing beach front home with my wife and dog. We all had the time of our lives, including the dog. Kayaks were key to exploring the crystal clear waters of Lake Huron. We will be back!

Wonderful home on a gorgeous beach

I would give this property all the stars, if you love peaceful and relaxing vacations this is the place. The home was cozy and had everything we needed and the beach steps away was beautiful. If you’re looking for the perfect beach getaway this is the place! We look forward to going back next year.

Long weekend getaway

This property has a fantastic sandy beach. The Lake and sunrises are breathtaking. Even though we had clouds and rain most of our stay, the sounds of the lake and enjoying quality time with our family made this a very relaxing and memorable trip. We can't wait to vacation here again.

Lake Huron cottage

Wonderfully updated cottage on a beautiful sandy beach on Lake Huron. The cottage was clean, comfortable and even better than the pictures. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay - swimming , kayaking, playing volleyball and lounging in the sun.
