Please be aware that we regularly maintain the grounds and utilities of this property, and though we make every effort to provide advance notice, service times often vary; this may include noise disturbances such as lawn mowing, irrigation, and pool/spa maintenance (if present at this property).
We are on a mission to provide quality for our guests. If you have questions prior to your trip, we are happy to help you 7 days a week. During your stay, we will be available 24/7 to answer any questions or issues. We have a team of people waiting to handle any issues that may come up.
These houses are located right between the beach and the outlet malls, and within half a mile of each other. 10 minutes to the beach and 10 minutes in the opposite direction to the outlet malls for a great rainy day activity. You are also just 10 minutes to the downtown St Augustine historic district loaded with great attractions and restaurants.

There are very friendly cats that may wander up for a visit. There are two rather large pigs that live in the neighborhood (not in the same family) who may trot towards you for a pat on the head or a turkey who loves to "puff up" if you ask him to. All of these animals are sensitive to the fact that not everyone wants a visit. A quick verbal "shoo" will send them on their way.
Our guests have access to both houses and their respective grounds. Both have full privacy fenced backyards.
