The house was spacious and plenty of room for seven adults. The beach is just a short walk away with a grocery store and a few restaurants within walking distance. Historic St. Augustine is just over the bridge.

Such a great space for extended families! A short path to the boardwalk to the beach and then a great expanse of soft sand and great waves. I'd love to go back.

Very good communication from hosts. Very clean. Close to beach & shops. Our group of 10 women each had a bed (shared king beds). Ample parking for 4 vehicles.

Great location

This was a huge house, lots of beds and a very short walk via boardwalk to the beach! The pool was a bonus and it was a very convenient location with everything super close by!

Perfect family beach vacation spot

Ideal setup for a big family group- just steps to the beach, and right across the street from Publix. Comfortable, roomy, clean, well equipped. Bring your beach chairs and umbrellas. The pool is shared with the other houses, but we barely used it.

Marham, we are so glad that your family enjoyed their stay. We will purchase beach chairs, an umbrella, or a tent this month. It is hard to have that stuff because we really don't have much storage. The pool is shared among four homes, but we have never had a complaint that it was crowded. It is super nice this time of year. We hope you come again!

Family getaway

It was nice and roomy and very convenient to the beach. There was a lot of unsightly construction work going on next door and one of the mattresseswas very uncomfortable. Our family did enjoy the trip, however.
