Ma maison de ville spacieuse peut facilement accueillir quatre personnes. Il est l'un des plus importants dans le complexe de 81 maisons et une unité d'extrémité qui est fixé sur un seul côté, donc privé et dans un quartier calme. La maison a trois étages: étage supérieur est le lit queen maître et salle de bains avec un placard dédié pour l'utilisation des visiteurs. L'étage principal abrite un lit queen avec placard et TV, salle de bain complète, salle à manger avec table extensible, salon avec foyer au gaz, et la cuisine qui a une table de dîner en quatre places. Il y a une entrée dans la salle à manger sur le pont arrière où se trouvent le bain à remous, le gril et la table. L'étage inférieur comprend un lit queen-size, un placard, une salle de bain avec douche, un espace ouvert avec un canapé-lit queen-size.

La maison est située au centre avec dix minutes en voiture ou vingt-cinq minutes à pied du centre-ville de Boulder. Il y a d'excellents restaurants dans le quartier, une grande épicerie à une courte distance à pied, un sentier de vélo / marche qui relie les deux zones commerciales et un espace ouvert.

Boulder et ses environs offrent tellement comme The Pearl Street Mall, un commercial en plein air et le plaisir de manger; miles de l'espace ouvert protégé pour les randonneurs et les cyclistes; Université du Colorado et Naropa pour une grande variété de programmes; 45 minutes de domaine skiable le plus proche; et même du parc national magnifique Rocky Mountain.

Great place to stay!

We enjoyed 5 nights at Marian's townhouse. It was very comfortable and conveniently located. Marian was very accessible to answer any questions that we had while we were visiting. We would love to return next time we are in Boulder!

Cozy and convenient

Although we are used to super host facilities, Marians place was cozy, convenient and like staying at a relatives house for the weekend.

Amazing stay!

The house was great! It was about a 30 minute walk to the Pearl Street action. It was perfect for our crew, who enjoyed getting out and about. The hot tub helped those with sore muscles from our endless hiking.

Great stay

We had a very nice stay. The power went out in the area one morning. The owner checked in with us shortly after the outage to see if we were okay and provided several updates during the day, even after power was restored!

Boulder Townhouse

The property fit our needs for 3 people. Lots of amenities, and only a 5-minute drive to downtown Boulder. The host communicated quite well and was extremely nice.

Ideal location and perfect home

Nice and quiet neighborhood, close to all things Boulder!

Our group enjoyed our stay in this quiet neighborhood. It was close to Pearl st. where we spent most of our time and walkable if desired. The home was spacious enough for 4 adults and we would stay again. The host was very communicative throughout the whole process as well. Thanks for your hospitality!

Boulder Visit

We had a great stay. The owner was very responsive, communication was great. The house had everything we needed and was in a perfect location for various wedding-related events that we attended. We enjoyed the eclectic art and eating meals on the patio. It felt like staying in a friend's home as opposed to a sterile rental. We would definitely recommend it and would stay there again.

Eclectic Roomy Stay

Marian was wonderful to communicate with. The property was spacious inside- the full baths were a plus. Enjoyed unwinding in the TV Room, bedrooms, and hot tub. You can see the mountains from the master bed room which was a beautiful way to wake up.

Great stay!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this home. Our family of four found it to be clean and comfortable. The neighborhood is quiet and conveniently located for access to all things Boulder has to offer! The owner promptly answered any questions we had. Expectations were communicated clearly and she was also quick to offer recommendations for restaurants and outings. Probably not a good place to stay if you have younger kids.

Real Boulder

Lovely home

We loved Marian's home. It had plenty of bedrooms and although living areas are small, there was plenty of hangout space for our family; the hot tub was appreciated! We had people arriving and staying for different lengths of time and it was very accomodating. She has everything to make you feel you are at a home, not a hotel or an anonymous rental. What really set her home apart was that she offered the use of everything. This was one of my top favorite rental stays

Cara told me before their stay that there would be various people coming and going, That certainly seemed to be the case because the house was well enjoyed, yet they were careful. They were very good guests.

Lovely property owner; great art

First, the owner was wonderfully responsive, thoughtful and kind. She knew that we had a full house (6 people), so she provided an extra folding table. She has the place decorated with beautiful art from all over the world. The upstairs bed was comfortable. The other 2 queen size beds were pullout sofas and there is only so much you can do with that... We were amused- while none of us regular height people could comfortably sit on the couch (it had hard cushions and a very deep seating area), my long legged sister felt right at home! The hardest for us was the queen pullout and the single bed in the basement- the basement was musty, making it difficult for my asthmatic sister. Maybe a dehumidifier would help? It may be the perfect spot for you if you just need 1 or 2 bedrooms, a good location and a decent rental rate!

Maybe need couch and/ or chair in living room.

It was roomy, except for the living room area . As we “melted” into the chairs to relax after very busy days we felt we could use a more comfy couch and chair. The bedrooms are very nice and spacious , kitchen well stocked. Thanks

I've traveled the world several times in my role as a consultant and executive coach, and continue to do so, albeit less often for work and more often for pleasure. My partner and I go on house exchanges and, like you, rent properties so we can enjoy the delights of new places.

I was living in New York City and decided it was time to relocate. I tested out several very nice cities, but when I came to visit my son, a student at CU, I immediately knew Boulder was the prefect place. But, because of a heavy travel schedule I needed a home where streets would be plowed, garbage picked up, grass mowed, etc when I was not home, and welcoming neighbors. Everything fell into place with one look--I bought the house after a brief visit, went back to NYC, packed up, and moved with pleasure. My home is full of art, objects I collected over my travels, antiques, and happy memories.

The contents of the house are decorative with artistic touches such hand painted tiles in the kitchen and art displayed in every room. Many guests comment on how inviting and easy to live in my home is. You'll enjoy the view of the night skies when soaking in the hot tub, all of which makes this a good place to be.
