405 Island Key

This place was better than we expected. So nicely decorated, close to the beach,balcony in the shade all afternoon, lovely pool. For these two elderly people but still young at heart it was perfect. Our children came for a week and thoughly enjoyed it ,we all give it thumbs up .

great place!

We really liked this place. The balcony is huge and is a great place to hang out. Beautifully furnished. We like to walk and enjoyed being able to walk to restaurants and shops and the beach.

405 Island Key

My husband and I had the pleasure of staying in this lovely condo, and we truly enjoyed every minute of our visit. The space is both spacious and exceptionally comfortable, making it easy to relax from the moment we arrived. It’s clear the owners have put a great deal of thought and care into selecting furnishings and amenities that create a welcoming and restful atmosphere. Everything felt intentional and well-appointed, which made our stay especially enjoyable. We would happily return and highly recommend this condo to others.

Recommend

Lots of wildlife viewing just sitting on the porch including dolphins, manatee and many bird species. Everything is within walking distance. We will be back next year..

Island key

Power went out randomly . No back up generators. Had 2 strangers open the door of our condo 2 separate times . 1 of which was 130am and when I called management they obviously didn't care or look into it . Pool was shut down by health department due to lack of maintenance. ( Not be properly taken care of). Hot tub was broken also which the pool and hot tub were one of the reasons we were interested in this place .. Few areas of condo could have been cleaned better. You could right your name in dust around the entertainment center in the living room view from balcony was amazing saw some manitees and dolphins.. they definitely need to do some upkeep tho....
